The room was clean and had an adapter for the sockets, as they are not European style. The bathroom had disposable toothbrushes and a small bar of soap. The room was fine for one night. There is a water dispenser in the hallway, which is great.

Right in front of the window, in a street stall, loud music was playing until 3 a.m., so it's worth bringing earplugs with you.

The location is convenient and the lobby looks okay.

The room was old and poorly maintained. The air conditioner was leaking water and not cooling properly. Noise from outside and other rooms made it difficult to rest. Staff service was not very attentive, and overall the hotel felt a bit pricey for the quality provided.

Near main food street JalannAlor and Bukit Bintang street giving ample restaurant options

Small room but it is good value for money

The staff's behavior was very cordial, The location of the hotel was impressive and the bed was very comfortable, Checkin & checkout was very smooth.Its my 2nd visit & will visit again & again this property.Even tell my people to book here only.I stayed in the deluxe queen room so it fulfilled my expectations as it was big with a wide window.

Breakfast items were less, fruits were not refilled.There should be a tour operator staff who can book the sightseeing.Rest all good.

Rooms aren’t as good as seen in the pictures.Also, there weren’t enough working sockets and foreigners should carry an adapter.

Honestly, I am not happy with the meal that was given for breakfast because it was for specific people belonging to a particular region of the world. So please do it for everyone from all over the region.

Room was good spacious, and the staff was very helpful.

Breakfast was bad, there were bugs and roaches in the bread basket and buffet area. We skipped the breakfast from 2nd day onwards. Limited options daily, low cost breakfast items and that too South indian. No Bell boy to help you for the luggage.

All went well staff was very professional. Room was comfortable, lobby smells nice but breakfast needs improvement a lot.

Breakfast needs much improvement especially the refilling was very slow there was no fruit refilled juice refill was very slow mostly was Indian food, pl look into it. I took breakfast one day and due to it quality I skipped for other days

worst place to stay !!!!

There is no parking for in house guest and need to pay RM15 for parking fee. Once check-in, the receptionist try to offer me to cancel the booking with Booking.com and give me RM5 discount by walk-in booking. The room given is not same as what i booked and it is not house keeping from previous guest stayed!! i need to come back again to counter and get my BOOKED room!!! Aircond is leaking and wet the the bed !!! 1 unit aircond is function!!! there is many FW working make wrong consumption it is Bangladesh Hotel , very terrible !!!! there is a noisy environment to stay as got some Pub or Bar behind the hotel. Wont recommend for others!!!!!

Good location and good size of the bedroom

We asked for more toilet paper and shower gel and no one gave to us.

The room not comfortable, we stay 3 nights and slept bad , AC felt like not clean . And atmosphere in general is not comfortable

I hope that future guests won't encounter a power outage while bathing, washing, and half of it. When there's a power outage, they can call the front desk, which comes as slowly as a turtle. After upgrading our room, it seemed that something sticky had wrapped around the floor, and I didn't know what the issue was. Again, I called the front desk, which only stated that there were no other rooms available for replacement and only provided us with two carpets. The upgraded room, despite having many windows, was particularly noisy in the early hours of the morning, with not only the back-and-forth sounds of cars but also arguments and music coming from somewhere unknown, keeping me awake all night.

First night they give me a room without Window and light of The corridorentering The room like in full day !

I paid The first night for 4 nights but breackfast was not include. Anyway they wanTed me TO pay 10 myr day by day before eating. I told them I Will pay when leaving at The check out. But they DID not agree and looked agresive

Location was great central to Jalon Alor food street...and close enough to bars & restaurants.KLCC not far away either.

Nothing really good value for money I had an inner room so as expected. Only had main lights. Breakfast Malay/Indian.

Room very spacious, also comfortable and clean. Great location.
