Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre Hotel and Residences

Great location with short walk to Pavilion

Swimming pool was cold!

We only ate by the Pool on 2 occasions and found the price to be high. Twice in the Coffee shop. That was OK.Everything else was exceptional. All the Staff were extremely friendly and pleasant. We were allowed to check in mid-morning early as our Flight landed early morning, so that was a great Bonus

Food by the Pool good but a bit pricey, otherwise it was all good!

Breakfast Good. Staffs very good. All is good.

Hotel area dusty due to constructions beside hotel. Room carpet dusty.

The apartment came with some soft toys, a play tent, building block toys as well as play station.

Breakfast options were not great at all, and the rooms (cabinets in the washrooms) definitely seemed a bit run down and needs some up-gradation.

The location is convenient.

Cleanliness was very very poor. The bedsheets had a bad smell, and overall the room felt like it was not properly cleaned. The cleaning standards are really bad, which made the stay uncomfortable.

NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL!!!! TERRIBLE STAFF GO TO JW MARRIOTT

They charged us extra money because we were late to check out but we gave our bags to the bill boy on time

Location in city center next to mall and Arab street, clean and comfortable

Spacious room. Lights are bright in bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast buffet opens early enough at 6:30am (although I would prefer 6:00am). Walking distance to KLCC Suria and another mall.

Hoped to have more western/international dishes at the breakfast buffet.

Centrally located, super clean, friendly and helpful staff, fabulous bed linens and bed, large pool, plus had a lovely bathtub. I booked the room with the curved windows and loved staying there! I wished I could have stayed there for months!

Customer service

Not hot water for showerNo room cleaning. 4 days at hotel not once clean my room

The lobby décor was excellent, and the location is extremely convenient.

The room itself was acceptable, but I discovered several black hairs in the towels and in the bathtub. As my hair is blond, these were clearly left from previous guests. I am quite sensitive to cleanliness, and this was very disappointing

Location

Lights, and variety of breakfast wasn’t good

the apartment suites size is spacious enough for family with young kids. It is walking distance to pavilion, walking 5 mins to escalator to get to bridge. Guest parking was easy and not too small and stuffy, well lit. Easy access from parking to apartment suites. Corridor was spacious, carpeted.

Tha bathroom and it’s amenities

The hotel lobby… too crowded .. uncomfortable seating lounge

The bathroom is splendid

The lobby… too crowded … uncomfortable seating lounge

Fantastic location in the commercial/tourist hub. The famous Central Mall was just across the road with walking distance of aprox 100 mtr. One can walk through the over head bridge to the Mall and get on the other side of the Mall to take 'Hop on Hop off bus from the dedicated Bus stop at a disance of just 200 mtrs. We stayed in a Sute with access to the Executive Lounge which serves Breakfast in the morning, Snacks all day and drinks towards evening, in quiet and privacy. The normal Buffet Breakfast with innumerable options is laid in the Ground Floor restaurant with freshly baked options direct to the table. The Hospitality at its best. We are vegetarians, and there were a few vegetarian options as well in breakfast . As for evening, the Chefs prepared a few vegetarian options for us specially, on our request. A Big thank you.

All well. Keep it up.

The place is cleaning and the staff very helpful

The water has a strong smell of Clare, I get allergy from it . Also the smell in the lobby very strong

Excellent location, very good staff especially Nadia at the front desk. The room was very big and very comfortable.

Nothing comes to mind

The room was very kids friendly and cosy. Beds for kids and parents really good quality. Overall the hotel is nice and the restaurant good.

Bathroom looked a bit old.
