It's adjacent to LRT and MRT stations.

The room had a strong cigarette odor, although the room was supposed to be a non-smoking room. There was a communication gap between the staff regarding my late check-out request, which had been approved by the previous shift.

Never recommend to anyone very poor made Hotel. I don’t know how they got four star. The bathroom is very small morning. Buffet area is extremely dirty. Never recommend anyone.

Parking staff. And parking lot. very compact space some more give space to outside to park. Then guest no parking.

Near to the Metro train station and china town, a lot of things to eat easy transportation.

Some facilities are not a good quality such as the bathroom pipes are not working properly. The water is leaking and the bathroom floor is wet.

Location was the biggest strength of this accommodation, since it was right next to Pasar Seni station for subway, and Kuala Lumpur station. In addition, it was right next to central market, just across the street. Room was on the 10th floored with city view, as it advertised.

Everything was quite okay. If I have to pick one weakness, the fridge in the room was quite weak.

The location is good . The guys at the reception was so helpful and polite . The rooms are clean . The towels , doormats and bedsheets are clean.

Location is ideal because it is near to a subway station. This hotel has a good view of the city, especially my room.

The breakfast food variety can improve. The bathroom in my room is a bit narrow.

Convenient location; Central Market literally outside the hotel and Chinatown and Kota Raya Complex is only a few minutes' walk away. The hotel is well maintained and managed. Hotel staff including the Assistant Manager, Nathan, are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable.

The hotel itself was good and some staff were nice and friendly...

But the area is bad, dirty and unpleasant...
