Crowne Plaza Kuala Lumpur City Centre By IHG

Great atmosphere, super clean and neat facilities and rooms. One of the best locations you can get in Kuala Lumpur as it's close to KLCC and Hot spots in the city

Room view, cleanliness, and food specially breakfast

Pillows are not comfortable at all.

Exceptionally good breakfast

The view is not worth the cost. In fact, there is no view at all despite the relatively high cost.

The hotel was comfortable and new, with a spacious room.

The only downside was the view, which faced another building.

Our two-day stay at the Crowne Plaza was wonderful. My wife, our 14-month-old son, and I had a fantastic time. The location is perfect, within easy reach of all the main attractions.

The breakfast was good, and we'd suggest adding a few more snack options to make it even better for families. We truly enjoyed our visit!

The main important things the properties excellent location. Also the Receptionist is very professionally. Once I make the chicken Receptionist, I don't remember his name, but he's the excellent person and where I hospitality he providing to the customer.

The location and the staff were exceptional. I want to extend my gratitude to Hani, Rose, and Ikuan for their outstanding service and assistance. Despite arriving a day earlier than my booking, they managed to accommodate me. Additionally, they provided me with a complimentary breakfast during my stay.

The room was large and spacious, and I loved the location and rooftop pool. However, the staff were truly outstanding. I want to thank Ikhuan for his exceptional service from check-in to check-out.

The hotel was centrally located near walking distance to petroneus towers. Very Clean and all staff were excellent. Duty manager Aina went out of her way to help us. Download their Grab which is our Uber services and helped us every trip.

Nothing not to like

Lovely accommodation, good sized room with a bath- fab. Comfortable beds & sofa. Good location for KLCC. Safe area with good restaurants nearby. Lovely pool. Breakfast is good with big selection of different food (Malaysian & Western). Very friendly staff.

More tea was provided on request but feel should get more than one bag per person per 24hours. Bar is pricey but has a nice terrace.

The staff were amazing from start to finish. Rose checked us in at the club lounge was so friendly and helpful. The club lounge was fabulous as was the breakfast and the cleanliness of the room and the hotel was second to none. We travel extensively across the world and stay at several IHG hotels and this was the best hotel we have ever stayed at and of course to mention the proximity to the Petronas Towers and Suria Mall.

Everything in this hotel was just excellent. I was pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the staff everyone genuinely cared about my comfort and made sure I wasn't lacking anything. I'd especially like to thank the breakfast team for being so helpful, they gave me advice on where to find some items I was looking for, and they were incredibly kind, always greeting me with a smile and positive energy!
