Super noisy, cheating staff

The hotel next to 2 main road, it is impossible to sleep, so i asked the manager to check out, he gave me the bill and cheat on me day, i keep asking me why he charge me extra day, but he play me stupid and said that was the tax from booking.com. Very very cunning manager, other should be careful with him when decide to book here. Worst experience ever

Not liking it at all.

The room I get on that day is totally not the room I saw the picture on booking.com. Toilet leaking. Bed sheet with Stan on it...first and last...Will never return again. Very unfriendly receptionist. Totally disappointed.

Got issues with the room, and request receptionist tu change the room…then he gave new rooms. Not wait too long to register. You can park your car behind the hotel…please do not parked everywhre…ive been charged rm10 by foreigners just bcs park at their place…the hotel as per ringgit that you pay..cheap so, nothing for big hope ?, but its okay for you that want to ‘budget2’ btw.

worst hotel I’ve ever stay. bed and room smelly. many mosquito. have to buy Dettol and Ridsect spray! staf is not friendly at all!!! Avoid this hotel, there were many other hotel available nearest to this location have better value and room!

stay away from this hotel if you want to save money.1. is spooky2. The towel is stinky, and they use the same towel to wipe the floor despite the room being filthy with hair and dust everywhere.3. The recipient is powerless to act or decide.4. We even leave the hotel or decide not to remain there.5. Dreadful

The kettle and phone can't use ...then at nigth to noise close and open door make others distrubing

i want very early in the morning and one got the key went to room its smells and dirty holes in beddings, i movedout to different hotel after 5 hours, i paid one third of price for a 4*. I didn't claim refund just worked out.

Nothing wet towels in corridor and near lifts

Rooms were not clean. Smells bad. given us a room which has not cleaned after previous guests. And has to wait 2 more hours until they clean the room.

Hi, This is good property with RM50 only cash deposit. And the amount that mentioned in the Booking quotation exactly the same with real cash that were given to staff receptionist. Its good

Terrible stay

Nothing is nice. The room looks horror and wall poster have fallen down at middle of night. I have checked out immediately.

We booked deluxe room with 1 large bed. But they gave us 2 single bed.There is no towel. Tv not function. Bed not clean. The staff not good to entertainment the quest.

The linen is very dirty,the room very dirty!!!!!!!!!!!! Not just the room the hotel also very dirty!!all the dirty linen was evrywhere..even it's affordable price,it's your job to make sure your hotel clean. All hour staff very bad not friendly,

Poor services. Wifi cannot connect. Tv does not have remote to turn on. Already complained to front desk for 3-4 times. But no action.

Staff was not friendly at all, plus so rude. The room was so smelly, dirty. Not worth at all. I arrived at 3am, and i bring my mom which is elderly, they ask for extra caj.. i argued bcoz its already 3am, and we just came for 5hour only.. not consider at all.. with dirty room they give , still want caj extra for custmer..

dirty sheet，pillow，toilet. Their equipment look old，the aircon they say need to wait around 10 minutes, then it will become cold, but we wait for 2 hours still hot.

the bed..ac was goood

the pillow is kinda flat..no drinking / mineral water bottles..was asked to fill in the kettle from the dispenser water..the receptionist needs to improve their communication skills in explaining the products to the guests..there were leftover dirty clothes in the toilet, perhaps the Housekeeping forget it
