Air conditioning was set to very cold and i couldn't turn it down and was very cold at night due to no extra blankets in the room

Well, the stay was pleasant. But was very disappointed each time the heater is not working. Hv to call the reception to call maintenance to help to fix.

I know that this hotel is so far the best in Kajang. I hv always stayed at this hotel whenever I make the trip there.

I requested a room decoration; it was a last-minute request, yet the staff responded well and did it well.

The hotel room looks very old. tiles and the majority of it.

Clean & spacious rooms; given connecting rooms as requested.No need for hotel breakfast as many restaurants selling local food nearby

Lifts - a bit slow; accessibility to parking is difficult; many steps at entrance - difficult for disabled person as steps with shaky grab railings located at the side of entrance.

When we arrive, no hot water at the toilet. Hotel doesn't have laundry service.

Location was very good as it was close to an event we were attending. Room waa large and we had a comfortable sleep. There were a number of restaurants nearby so food was easily available. Parking was free as well

Parking signage could be more prominent to provide directions to the carpark. At the time of booking I noted the hotel was wheelchair accessible and assumed that all the rooms would be disable friendly. However the room assigned had a fixed shower in a bathtub and it waa a problem for my sister who has mobility issues to have a proper bath. I should have requested for a disabled friendly room and assumed the reception staff would automatically assign such a room to us.

The staff is very good and fast respond to their client needs

Provide just one pillow..at least two pillow given for each person. Not enough plug point. Difficult to charge phone, notebook and iron cloth.

The room is spacious. The staff are friendly and attentive. Strategic location and is worth the money.

The room is not clean enough. Doesn't meet the standard of a four-star hotel.

Room was spacious. Hotel location was fine ... dim sum restaurant close by, shopping centre close by etc.

The Wifi was non-existent. Really bad. If you need internet to work, consider another hotel.

The staff were very nice and friendly. The location was convenient.

The bed was a bit hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.

Disappointing

1. No bell man or trolley service. I have 3 luggage n i need to bring it by my own.very bad.2.The telephone cannot call the lobby.i need use my credit to call loby3.staff not inform about breakfast/sahur or any food.4.Staff not inform where to parking.5.indian staff not respect the ramadhan with playing indian songs very loud in the lobby using loud speaker.its around 9pm to 10 pm 22/3/2024

The room is spacious and clean. The staff are very friendly. The location is great.

Smell of smoking despite the rooms being non-smoking room. The facilities are run down, pool is unoccupied, spa and restaurants are closed.

the basement parking creepy with minimal light, no laundry bag provide need to call if want it. no hotel slippers, no bathrobe aka kimono need to call and ask for it also. call HK dept but never answering. good thing FO answer the call really fast

Dificult to get parking.No compromise if you want to check in early.im arrive 2 oclock and counter ask me to check in 3pm.im waste at grab to go other place untill 3 pmWater tub broken
