Hotel Indigo Kuala Lumpur On The Park By IHG

Location and nice staff

No bathroom privacyFussy elevators, constant hassle with floor accessNeed more chairs by poolHot water lacking in the morning

Location, cleanliness, interior finishing, friendly staff.

Breakfast and room dine-in menus are underwhelming.

Everything about my stay was exceptional. Beautiful rooms and view, good location, clean, helpful staff. Slightly pricey, but worth it

Room was comfortable & quiet. Breakfast was generally good with a variety of local selection.

Car lobby was a bit small for taxis, etc. A bit dark outside hotel at night. Some selection of food finished before it was closed.

The staff was exceptional, they all work very hard and it shows. Special mention to Rashdan, he always went above and beyond at breakfast to make sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was amazing, we really enjoyed it, there was a lot to choose from. Our room was beautiful, the bed very comfortable and the view from our corner room was totally worth the extra $$.Gym was great, new equipment, good bonus for our stay here. We loved the location as it was quiet, and we could easily walk wherever we wanted to go. Quite a few restaurants very close by. We loved it so much that we decided to end our Malaysian holiday there before we fly out in 3 weeks.

The pool area is small, but there is really nothing that can be done as they only have a small footprint to work with.

The hotel had a unique architecture and the rooms were very well designed and larger than other hotels rooms. Friendly and respectful staff and always had smiles on their faces and willing to assist.

Breakfast options were a bit limited and they seemed short-staffed. The driveway entrance was difficult for taxis to get in and out, however, the did have security help the cars maneuver this tricky driveway. The location was close to KL tower but far from the other tourist spots.

Service, location, pool

Location is convinient, you can wold or grab a quick taxi to all the touristy areas in the city. Gym is great and pool ios also amazing! I really loved the deco on the rooms and the hotel in general

I paid for a room with views and all I saw was the roof of the building next door. When I mentioned it at checkout they did only tried to justify that the menara was still a bit visible, they did not offer any discount or anything.

This is a fabulous hotel! The rooms are spacious, dark and quiet and the pool area is lovely. The breakfast is exceptional. I loved staying here.

The pool area could benefit from a few more loungers.

Room was big! Their Single beds were close to the American full size beds so that was a nice surprise. Decor is very aesthetic and appealing!! Breakfast was great!! Hotel is beautiful. Good location

AC was not working properly. One time, all the Lights randomly shut off while in the bathroom. Windows were within a few feet of another building so no view or sunlight. Breakfast wasn't always warm. Most of the bread rolls felt stale. but not really a big concern for me. no toiletries in the room except toothbrushes.

-The location & furniture - quick housekeeping service

- it’s over rated price wise- unprofessional staff , need more training ( three situations. Where they gave misleading info )- limited option for the breakfast , we went for bf around 10:15 am& the bread section already empty - No concierge , receptionist & security guard do luggage handling

Modern, clean and friendly staff and central location

The design, clean and the location

The breakfast at the hotel is limited and not very good quality, no concerns for vegan and vegetarian , lactose and gluten intolerant They take deposits on check in which is weird

Good and friendly staff. Comfortable environment and room. Good location for a decent price.

What a lovely surprise! This property is not conveniently located (within walking distance to major malls and sights) and excels hospitality and kindness. The rooms are modern tastefully designed and unique. F&B outlets r top notch and the infinity glass swimming pool is one of the bests you find in KL!

In room dining menu could be more extensive. This food quality was excellent.

Pleasant Staff and Service. Excellent Pool at the roof top. Close by to happening places.

The staff is very friendly and ready to help with any request. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the facilities are perfect. Room size is great and beds super comfy.Breakfast was fantastic.

Upon checking in, you can experience the friendliness and the eagerness to help from the staff. They made sure all my questions and concerns were answered and helped with a smooth check in process. The room was very clean, chic, unique, and neat upon entering and I had a great view of the Menara KL Tower. The hotel is located in between the Patronas Twin Towers and Bukit Bintang, so it made walking to each site easier if you prefer walking. The pool has a great view of the city and the gym has the necessary weights and machines to help maintain your fitness level while on vacation. Highly recommend this unique and chic hotel to travelers wanting to stay in the city but also want the stay in a quieter location.

Location

No ventilation in toilet and shower. At a certain point in time it was smelling bad. And everyday when housekeeping come to tidy the room, they need to wash the bathroom and toilet properly. They can also use essential oils to eliminate bad smell.

Clean, modern, tastefully decorated. Staff are brilliant, breakfast buffet is excellent. Room was spacious with nice little touches which made it feel homely. Everything you want in a hotel and more.
