Clean rooms. The view (from room and from pool deck) is spectacular - and the location puts you right next to great shopping and dining.

The design of the building is awful - 5 elevators for 30ish floors. If anyone is considering this hotel, there are far far better options available for the same or less price.

The elevator took too long and many people don't know elevator etiquette but it's not the hotels fault

The location was great! Walking distance to train station (like 5 minutes away) and in the heart of Bukit Bintang. The hotel itself seemed modern. The rooms were clean and large, and i was able to see all the landmark buildings from my window. The infinity pool was also great. I was able to take some great pictures with the Menara, Petronas towers, and Pavillion building. I only stayed 3 nights with my friend, and we enjoyed the stay.

Not a big deal, but given the huge hotel, the reception area seemed a bit small, and it always seems crowded when we were walking by to leave and come back to the hotel. But the actual check-in time was quite quick. They called our number after like 3-5 minutes, so it wasnt bad.

Fantastic location, wonderful city views, easy access to malls, restaurants, and shops

Gets really busy in the lobby during peak hours, long lines waiting to get onto the elevators

Check in and check out process quite fast even though a lot of tourists. Just lighting in the room bit dim for makeup

Too crowded and noisy. Space is narrow, uncomfortable. No sound-proof inside room.

We found that some of the towers did not change for us.

But the hotel is always crowded. Might not family friendly if you bring small baby.

Location. They gave us a higher floor with less people because I told them I am very sensitive when people walk by at night or early in am and I wake up. So I only woke up by 7 am when I heard some tourists loud talking. But it was not a problem . Thank God it was not at 3 am.

The a/c was blowing into my face and the body, and when I turned if off, it was too hot. But when I turned it on, it was very cold and I smelled the dust from a/c. Also it was not possible to make it not so strong. Even though we tried.

Fancy hotel with high rooftop infinity pool and views overlooking the city. Clean and quiet rooms. Friendly staff. This is a very large hotel so the lobby and elevators are always busy but not too long.

Only thing I wish is the employees out front would stop the taxi drivers who try to solicit rides on the property.

Good sized room. Clean and most amenities provided.

Lift/Elevator management can be better, Long queues and waiting times all day.Noisy as walls are thin. Sound proofing can be improved.

Convenient location and cleanliness. Customer front desk was friendly and housekeeping was on point.

Bed could be more comfortable, felt hard and couldn't have a good night's rest. Check in queue process and lifts could be faster during peak hours.

It’s close to TRX and other shopping malls. The rooftop pool and sky deck has a great view of the city (Petronas twin towers, KL, Tower, Pavilion, Merdeka 118). Hotel is pretty clean and room was nice. We had a decent view of the TRX buildings.

I expected laundry service since this was listed under facilities at this property but was told by the front that I’d have to go to a laundromat outside the hotel which was inconvenient. Also our refrigerator was not working so we couldn’t keep our water cool.

Located in the middle of everything. The cleaning staff made the room spotless everyday. The facilities like gym, pool, and sauna were perfect.

There were only like 3 staff at the reception and they look busy all the time. I've read the review about this hotel before making a reservation and everybody have warned me about how slow the elevator is, I thought how bad would it be, but then at rush hours it's crazy packed, you have to queue for the elevator. The fridge in the room doesn't work and the drainage in the bathroom smells very bad
