The room was nice and had everything we needed. Location was good, not to far from city center.

The pool was not quite what we expected, no bar services what so ever. The breakfast was ok, but I would have wanted raw weggies, salad or what ever un cooked greens innit.

Hotel was not bad. Bed was comfortable.

Flexible hose beside toilet bowl was badly leaking, coffee machine not functioning, called the operator but then no one attended and replaced the machine. Hair dryer was totally broken by the time we took it from the drawer , but the housekeeping team has replaced it for us. Overall not so best stay for the value.. Parking was not free and had to pay RM5 per entry..

i like the room. breakfast was also good. worth the value

The location is strategic. Also provided with pool and gym. Bed is so comfy.

Breakfast selection minimal. Food is good, but lack of variety.

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and linked to a mall. Delicious omelettes everyday. Staff were superb, especially the cleaning and restaurant staff; very attentive and sweet. Short walk through the mall to the station.

Frequent neighbours smoking in rooms (the smell would seep through the walls). Occasional the cleaners didn’t turn up, but when they did they were excellent. Breakfast was basic - could do with more international bread selection and pastries. Also option for dairy milk.

We stayed at INNside for 3 nights. Nice location a bit away from KL city center. Friendly staff and rooms are clean. We had breakfast buffet and it was really good

Swimming pool could be a bit cleaner

Hotel is modern, rooms are a great size and beds are comfy. Liked being next to a mall with many shops and restaurants. Staff were lovely and helpful throughout, especially the breakfast staff.

Breakfast - need more European options like pastries and cereals. Room cleaning was occasionally not done or slow (but the staff were very good). Constant whiff of cigarette smoke coming from the room next to mine in my room, was pretty gross. It was there intermittently but clear people are smoking in rooms. This is quite unacceptable and the hotel must have cigarette alarms and serious fines for smoking in the hotel.

Staff this hotel not explain to me more about parking..she tell me rm5 only for parking..when I want to checkout..parking charge my touch&go rm39...after this,reception must explain detail about this hotel Parking...

When I tap the key card, the lift keep repeating it is a restricted floor whereby I had to use another lift

It is a new property conveniently located next to a mall and public transport.

This property wasn’t for me. The location was a little bit too far from the city center. The room design (although modern and new) was not functional. Shower was very small and the hot water only lasted a couple minutes. The hallways and elevators weren’t air-conditioned. The staff didn’t acknowledge the guests very often. It just has a cold , impersonal feeling to be a guest at that resort.

The staff, especially Sabuj the cleaner, were exceptional. Room was comfortable, and the Nespresso coffee machine was a nice touch. Hotel is attached to a large mall and metro station.

The wifi was completely unreliable. Couldn’t send or receive email on any of our 4 devices unless I used my phone as a hotspot. Strangely, web browsing was supported intermittently, but email not at all.

Very close to the MRT, connected to the mall, lovely pool, clean room, friendly staff.

The wifi was almost non-existent in our room and the bed was a bit harder than our usual preference but still nice.

I had an exceptional stay at INNSiDE by Meliá Kuala Lumpur Cheras. The hotel's comfortable beds and amenities ensured a restful experience. The staff, particularly Ken, provided outstanding service. The in-room TV offered a wide range of channels, and I enjoyed watching movies during my stay.The hotel's prime location made it easily accessible, with the metro station just 3 minutes away. The adjacent mall offered a comprehensive range of amenities, including a food garden, GSC cinema, a budget-friendly supermarket, and a sweat wellness center.Overall, the hotel's convenience, comfort, and excellent service made it an ideal choice for my stay in Kuala Lumpur.

A very nice hotel in the vicinity of the Cheras Mall, so it's easy to get food or anything else. LRT is right next to you, also through the mall. Only takes around 30 minutes (I think) to get to KL Sentral. I took LRT and MRT to KL Sentral, then KLIA Express, and it's very easy to do from the hotel. I LOVE THE BED AND PILLOWS! And everything was very clean and tidy. Price-wise, for KL, it's not expensive, but the quality of the bed and pillows, and the size of the room, I think, provide a very high value for money.

Just a minor thing: please pay more attention to the cleanliness of the mugs. I found one of them had some residue of something on the bottom.

Very comfortable room and helped me accommodate for my birthday celebration request. Thanks for the cake

Breakfast needs to be improved there was no variety Not even fruit and yoghurt.Rooms are very small.

It was unique, loved the outlook and design and the lobby concept.

Room was very dusty, could feel it beneath my feet. Could feel the bed linens and other furnitures were dusty as well. Perhaps could pay attention to these small details.
