Very helpful staff, pretty nice rooms. I really liked the green terrace on the top floor.
It's a bit noisy because the road is close.
this hotel was very clean very nice. can stay here for people who want to stay for a short time and who comes for shopping. the location was good too since shopping malls were there and just a 20min drive from twin tower. those who love indian food there are good indian restaurents available in that area too. staffs were v kind and i would totally recommend this hotel.

No mini mart open 24hours belong from hotel...parking so hard
Hotel location is very good. Stuff behaviour also found good.
Complementary tea or coffee not provided, water was for tree person but we were four. Need little more improvement.
Trash cans are not cleaned every day. Also when you are booked for 2 nights, they are not cleaning the room, and we have to go and tell them to do it.
The boss is the best person and helps you much more than you are expecting.

Clean and location
The location is right next to Pavilion and Jalan Anor food street. The malls are close by, and the view from the room is amazing. The building has a beautiful view of Kuala Lumpur.
Clean spacious room provided with basics like mineral water, tooth kits...etc.
It is noisy. The walls and windows are not sound proof. You can hear your neighbor next room what he is talking about. Also, the motorcycle noise is heared at night. One more thing, the water heater was not functioning in room 607.
Amazing location, good accomadation and very clean. Staff was very friendly and theirs services is tip top. Even has room service. Lift is also available so accessibility friendly.
It was extremely clean, and the room was spacious. Easily fits 2 people even with huge luggages
Its across the road to get to Lalaport, so always have to jaywalk
