Very nice hotel. Room is very clean. Self service laundry (owned by Richbaliz) is available 24 hours just next to the hotel. Very convenient.

The toilet is big and clean, every level has a water filter to top up water.

The bed is too soft

Reasonable price and very helpful friendly staff. I’ve been staying in the same hotel for 3 consecutive years. Good location with lots of local food stores and food courts. Laundry shop just few shops away.

Need improvement on soundproofing.

I stayed at this hotel several times for the past week due to work. So my review might be repetitive. But I want to highlight the friendliness of the hotel staffs this time. I forgot to pack my phone charger and collect my refundable deposit, to which the kind staff called me to remind me about it. Unfortunately I have travelled out of town due to Chinese new year, but the staffs told me that I can just come back anytime convenient to collect them again. So for that, I’d like to thank the staffs for being so friendly and helpful.

Good location, friendly staff, clean room and comfortable beds.

The toilet drainage is clogged, so showering can cause some flooding in the shower area. But the staffs are friendly to help solve this issue.

The staff were not aware the payment was already done.They were demanding to pay again .Not friendly They were to share with booking.com commission and hence had no customer service mind .The hotel corridors were dark and smelly

The value for money was not there Compared to local pricing and other apps, booking.com was expensive, I would have saved 50 ringgit if had chosen other apppsNo breakfast was provided Although initially I choose property with free breakfast.Booking .com cheated and looted money just using their app , hotel made money , booking.com made money , customer lost money .

Easy access to nearby amenities. Helpful staff.

Room is not so privacy. Can hear people upstairs removing plug, their stuff and all that. You can even hear people outside your room talking.

I like everything about this hotel. The room is not big but "spacious" with all the needed amenities except for an iron and iron board (but not at all concern me). The bed and pillows (4 pillows!) are very comfy. The bathroom is quite big, clean and all (sink and tap, toilet bowl and shower with hot water) are functioning well, however the glass wall and door might irritate someone who really need privacy. Maybe need to add more toiletries eg toothbrush and paste.

Only provided shower gel which smell like dish soap.

The room is well lit, smells nice and the beds were comfortable for a good night stay. The showers are enjoyable with good water pressures. The hotel is located near proximity of good foods around the area and a morning market.

Clean room , the room smells good , comfortable bed and good value! very fast to check in. AC worked very well. Staff very helpful and friendly. Everything was perfect and we had everything we needed in the room : refrigerator,kettle,slippers,hair dryer,shower cap, etc. Will come back for sure!!! Self-check in / Check out using the machine. Staff on duty will guide you how to use that machine. Standby RM50.00 for deposit ya.. Me and my husband really enjoy it.

Kiosk check-in. I chose a hotel for 24hrs receptionist service but instead have to checked in with kiosk. Should have informed us. Very noisy . Can hear people talking, coughing etc. My room was not made up until we came back at 6pm . (We went out early at 9:30am).

Room very clean and tidy. No strange smell from the room and toilet. Toilet also clean and look new. Very recommended ??

Room a little bit small & cramp. Also television signal not very clear other than that everything is ok.
