Super OYO 90572 J Hotel Masjid India

Cheated the guest.

The staff cheated many guest that after the guest being confirmed with room and payment done via online, later when the guest reached the hotel ,the hotel staff will give them dormitory bed instead of what being confirmed online. Happened to many guest.

Friendly staff. Great location for public transportation.

The toilet bowl was dirty with bad stains and the bidet was not well fixed. The toilet wall was with stains.

Easy access to amenities. Near LRT n Buses.

The room toilet bowl was not really clean. To clean from inside too. The charging socket was faulty. No light at the mirror table. Other than that all were perfect.

Strategic location for transportation.

The staff attitude. The management need to monitor A LOT AND CLOSELY how the staff attitude towards guess. The face expression. No smiles or greeting received by the staff. Annoying. No answer from the property when I messaged via emails regarding some facilities. The property contact number given by OYO and what indicated in the booking confirmation was not on service. VERY BAD SERVICE IN TERMS OF INQUIRIES FEEDBACK AND STAFF ATTITUDE. THE MANAGEMENT NEED TO RECTIFY ON THIS. WHAT A SHAME. The staffs were not local staff whereby in rules the receptionist need to be a local staff.

Clean,near public transportation,good location and 2 friendly staffs.

Location very strategic, cheap,clean and good staff

The WC was blocked but they refused to change the room and they told me that someone would be on his way to fix it, and

They have stolen the tourism fee twice.Attention: Tourism fee is part of the total price.The staff is some of the most rude I've ever seen in my life.

I have been staying in this hotel more than 1 year and previous it was good when Mr.Lal taken care and many customers seen on corridor. Now there is a lady called Ms. Sandhya and her attitude is very rude and very worst not only with me also fellow customers. Even she didn’t take any care of cleanliness of the premises and using same pillow and blanket for next customer without changing new one. Overall requesting customers not to approach this hotel anymore even its cheap. This hotel manager or boss blindly believing her and its day by day the customer has been decreased. I request the horel owner to change this arrogant lady with new staffs who can communicate and behaviour very polite with customers.

Location so close to subway and everything was in walking distance

A surprised tourist tax on 10 ringgit a day just for being a forgeiner. Very noise

Water filter no water.. toilet not clean at all...door lock broken... Bed the spring bouncing . Can't sleep comfortable. Air cond only can set to 16 Celsius,if more 16 then air cond off itself . Asked the staff to change room , he didn't answer properly and didn't change room for me.. another room under stairs . The space so small.

Have air conditioner, tv & high speed wifi

Location is close to Masjid India, Masjid Jamek and Pasar Seni.

There was no hairdryer, room has no windows so it is humid and doesn’t get sunlight.

I had repeated stay here for 3 times.Near to train station,room clean n comfortable,staff friendly,cheap and reasonable price,peaceful environment.highly recommended

Will avoid this place in the future.

I was only informed that the room aircond was not working upon arrival. According to their staff, the aircond was has not been functioning for few days before my arrival. I have to look for other place to stay because there is no other available room. The room with non functioning aircond was a windowless room. They could have inform me earlier so that I could look for other place without a rush. But the chose not to do so.
