My booking with free breakfast I showed staff upon checking in but they refused it until three times of negotiation. when check out, they did not update the free breakfast on my booking. They hold my pre-authorization without returning back to me.

Strategic location in Bukit Bintang area. Walking distance to malls and public transportation. Friendly staff.

Honestly, after what happened, it’s hard to remember anything positive. The facilities were acceptable, but none of that matters anymore.

I am absolutely furious with the way this hotel handled my situation. I lost a valuable item, and it is almost certainly left at the property. I tried calling the hotel THREE times—none of the calls went through. The only time someone actually picked up, the staff member said “hello” three times and then rudely hung up on me without giving me any chance to speak. This is beyond unprofessional—it’s outright disrespectful. I paid a high price to stay here, expecting basic service and responsibility. Yet the hotel can’t even keep their phone line working or show the slightest concern for a guest who urgently needs help. This experience is unacceptable, infuriating, and absolutely disgraceful for a hotel of this supposed standard.

Well positioned right at the centre of bintang walk in front of the famous Pavilion Mall…

Perhaps the breakfast buffet spread to be improved, especially the noddle section and pancakes/ waffles areas…teh tarik and masala tea could be improved too, make them ticker and more ummps

Everything. Location was great, staff was friendly throughout, the breakfast had a lot of variety and the room was comfortable. It is convenient for shoppers to stay here to rest up and continue their shpping spree literally across the road.

Not much. Room aircond was a bit 'hot' eventhough it was set at the lowest temperature and full blower speed. But still cool enough to sleep and stay in the room.

First of all Would like to thanks u for preparing my wife’s birthday but Unfortunately not as what I expected because the design of flowers and balloons not what I choose as well as the taste of cake is not good

The location, Westin Kl is located near eateries and malls, great for shopping.

The check in process was inconsiderate, without warmth, waiting time could have been made more pleasant and less confusing, at least a proper address when one check in us expected.

Very expensive and it is so old , the air condition was so hot i changed the room 3 times and it is the same

being there for a conference i would not have had time to explore a lot however it's excellent location helped facilitate some sightseeing in this vibesy street

The room was just average for a hotel, but the service was pleasant and comparable to what you’d expect from any five-star establishment. However, it wasn’t as extraordinary as I had anticipated from a Westin property

Hotel room was a bit dated

I was surprised that the hotel is 5 stars and with such a location is very dirty. The dust lay on the surfaces almost 2 cm deep... disappointed

Receptionist need improvement she gave the room key without elevator guide and she didn’t mention breakfast details.She started with smile but end it poor

Prime location at Bukit Bintang, just right before the usual traffic jam in front of Pavilion mall.

Hotel is a bit old. Elevator takes some time to arrive.

Location - Perfect if youre with a toddler. Next to pavillion. And walkable distance to surroundings mall and foodsGood shower - very good rainshower and water pressureBreakfast is superb. Please dont skip their breakfast

Lift is kinda slow. Lift towards room and lift to carpark are not connected. So you gotta change lift at lobby.

Pool attendant Rahmad provided excellent service & the same with Reception staff. Staff who checked us in was very professional. Doormen were very pleasant & informative as well. All in all it was a wonderful experience.

Nothing except we were woken up at 11.30pm advising us the room service we ordered was at the door. Thing is, we didn't order room service. There must have been a mix up somewhere down the line, but all is good. Mistakes happen. Can't complain, we had a great time.
