- The room was small and felt like a prison cell. Filthy brick wall with the bed pushed right up against it so at night you were trying your hardest not to touch it. The bathroom was NOT clean. The staff seemed to be very young and did not care. The place was original AMAZING they had a great free breakfast, a nice balcony but it poorly managed now. Also there was construction all along the street so we had a hard time finding it.

- There is no front desk who takes calls. One foreign worker with limited communication skills was doing almost everything. No one answers the phone and we were locked out when we got back to the hotel at 11p.m. There were 2 whatsapp numbers posted on the front door for emergencies but we could not reach anyone until after numerous calls (maybe 10-12 minutes). Wifi did not work in the room. Room is extremely small. Lift wasn't working so be prepared to walk 2 floors to get to reception and then more if your room is located on a higher level.

I have reached before check-in time and wanted to leave my luggage. But the hotel applied to allow early check-in without additional fee. That was good and flexible.
Every time the reception was empty that I was encountered and had to ring the bell. Then it took time they came.
