No parking You should to pay every day between 15 RM to 25 RM and there is extra charge for tourists

The apartments were spotless and extremely big. Netflix was a bonus.. The gym and pool were excellent. Really good.locatuon close enough to the centre, but not right in the middle so a quiet neighbourhood.

I can't complain about anything.

The location is good, it has a washing machine with the drier.

Dirty, very dirty, pretty much no further, most of the furniture is broken, black mod in the shower between tiles. No utilities in the kitchen. Very loud AC. Nothing it the living room so you constantly hear echo. Over all overpriced. this apartment should cost way more less, stay away from it , if you prefer clean place

A terrible experience and a scam! charge you more than a hundred thirty euros extra in charges which are not stated in the price, incredibly dirty with stains everywhere. a place used for prostitution apparently

Good apartment close to KLCC. Spacious room, clean, all necessary amenities. Very responsive host/cleaning service. Access to swimming pool, gym, many shops in the building. Fast elevators. Strong WiFi. Comfy bed.

The view from balcony is blocked by another building. Rather basic bathroom although clean. Balcony could be renovated a bit. Entry gates at the ground floor don't work very well.

It's a good and comfy stay in the city center. There's a pool and a gym in the building. Can't say I had any problems while I was staying there. The host provided all I needed. Good for long stay.

Not much that I didn't like. Maybe just that the apartment is lacking a good view on the city - basically it looks at the other nearby buildings.

Nice clean well equipped studio (not the newest furniture though) overlooking the city from the balcony (don't be scared of heights). In walking distance of city center, a couple of cheap local restaurants, public transport. The pool is amazing :). Good price value.

There were some misunderstandings in regards of the booking in the morning of arrival and we were told that no room is available, after some conversation it cleared up, so all good at the end.

Only location was great! The Petronas towers are 15 min walk and there is a good supermarket downstairs. We really can't live in this hell so thanks God when we talked to our host he agreed to return our money, after I called to Booking.com, for sure.

The property was old-fashioned and dirty. Nobody cares about cleaning fridge, microwave oven or dish, it was so disgusting like you eat near rubbish heap. The bad was party broken and uncomfortable to sleep at all! Every 6 am muezzin screaming into your window, so only muslims like this. It seems to me that this property also used as a stock for broken and unused things like old dirty carpet and broken microwave oven at the closet, which were also dirty, so we have to store our belongings on the shelf.

I love how easy the check in process, the location and convenience store are easy access.

The hygiene is my most concern. Toilet's floor is very greasy and oily, which you can clearly see once it wet. The oil floating on the water. The stain on the shower is so disgusting. I need to clean the toilet by myself cause I can't stand putting my feet on a greasy, oily floor. To make it worse, every time I entered the toilet, it has a very disturbing smell.

Nothing. The guy who showed us to the room apologised for our expereince twice but that's as good as it got.

This place was nothing like the pictures and what we signed up to.When we arrived, we were shown to room A33.06 and told that this room had just been taken over by the 'guy' who looked after rooms being booked via Bookings.com.In a basic way, we did get what we booked which was 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a kitchen area and a living area, but that's where to booking expectations stopped.The apartment was dirty (and I mean dirty). Dirty hand prints on cupboard doors, mould and filth in the washing up sink area, a bin that looked like it had never seen a cloth, the balcony glass and floor was filthy, sheets in smaller rooms had stains, the living area carpet smelt and looked like it had been partied on, the walls were gruby and in need to paint, washing machine smelt, bathroom floor was dirty, bathroom cabinet doors hanging off, all of the cutlery and plates needed washing, there was no hot water to wash anything up and because there wasn't a kettle I had to take water from a hot tap machine cup by cup to fill the washing up bowl just to get some sterile utensils.The clock on the wall was pointless, no battery and broken. Batteries in remote controls were flat, the entrance hall had a god awful smell to it that was so strong I can't even describe it, made you feel sick every time you went out side to leave or return to the building. The iron and ironing board were so disgusting you wouldn't even bother using it.No towels for drying dishes. No cleaning products.There are other things that need considering too. Four people in one apartment means you need two keys. We were given 2 passes for the lift which was such a stupid system, every time you went in and out you had to swap your self put then back in again so you could pass the entry pass to the next person. So badly organised.Biggest giveaway that this place wasn't ready for letting was the many pairs of personal shoes on the shoe rack in the corner of the room.

Everything! Especially the very hospital and caring host. The nice touches and details in the apartment made it very comfy and cosy. Location is great, 2 convenience stores in the building. Very cool.

Keep in mind: only cash payment at the property. That caused me AND the host some troubles.Unfortunately the view from the balcony is blocked by surrounding buildings.Still very recommendable

Location, quietness, size of the apartment. Secure building.

Bathroom door locked when closed and no key provided. The were no knives in the kitchen and the fridge was not very cold at all with no setting.

kindly staff, everything I need I got upon request. everything works. I felt safety all time.

Huge spacious apartment, with great facilities. Shops on the ground floor open 24 hours. Location was great for exploring and near to bars and restaurants, would recommend Gravybaby! There is a monorail station within 5 mins and Grab taxis were easily available. (No Ubers, download the Grab app). There is a hop on hop off bus tour which is great value for money too. Air con was very welcome, and beds were comfy and clean bedding and towels.

when we arrived, after a lengthy delay, the owner wanted paying in cash, we only had card. So had to pay him the next day, thought this was odd in this day and age, but only a grumble not a complaint. No milk or tea/coffee provided, however again not a complaint just a personal preference.
