Super convenient access to train with MidValley mall only one stop away.

It only has central air conditioning and no fresh air. When washing and drying clothes the apartment gets very hot and humid.

Okay for short trip. Bad for couple stay.

Entered the room with strong cigarette smell. It stayed throughout 2 nights. Mattresses also not clean.

allow to check in early but need to pay extra, fair enough. surprisingly room has done clean up when check in 12pm.

Our TV is not functioning. To bad. Or maybe we didn’t know how to turn on the TV??

Strategically located near Bangsa, only walking distance to various restaurants, value for money. Parking available at RM8 per entry, all day

My room smells cigarette

The room is clean n the bed is king size. There are a few eateries around the hotel and a small provision shop along the hotel. Csn buy snacks from the BHP petrol kiosk also.

If you are looking for quiet place, this is it as there are not much shops around.

Location was convenient. Too expensive for the room condition and facilities. Better accommodation is available elsewhere in the city. If you need a very clean room don't stay here. Some damp in places and dirty walls. Homeless man outside was friendly.

Noise from the shop behind 24/7. Slamming room doors. Cigarette smoke smell at night. I had the same room as another traveller in March I can say the faucet is still leaking fresh water. Did not accept credit card payment online via Booking. Did not accept credit card onsite. I did not have enough cash so paid by debit card. I understand now why they do this, because it's harder to get a refund. Needs a 'room deposit' before even checking the condition of the room - unfair. Dimly lit room. Window did not close lucky for me it was not raining but the noise inside and outside the building was too much. Hotel could not offer another room because they where fully booked.

Troublesome if raining day.My experience during checkout. It was heavy rain. It is very difficult to arrange your luggage into your car. You'll be wet!

Definitely wont repeat. No receipt provided. No TV remote. Slow aircond & the comforter was dirty.

Cleanliness and maintenance. My 2nd time stay. But the TV still not working in 2 different room.The air-condition unit just sufficient but need some maintenance. Uncomfortable smell on bed sheet but still manageable.

Towel issue

We stay for 1 night but we didn't provide room towel. After asking room service they reply will get at evening but till next day we didn't get. Luckily I bring my own.

The foreigner receptionist dont have a sense of hospitality. No smile, no greeting and not friendly at all. TV was confirm by the receptionist only family room is good and funtion. Others is for display only. Sugar, sachet of tea and tiny spoon is provided but no kettle. So what a those for?

Room accommodation is available

It is very difficult to contact the hotel service. The phone was not answered. It took more than three hours for the phone to be answered. The phone was answered and asked me to call back in five minutes, but it would not be answered again.

The location is very good. Near to many facilities. Walking distance.

The receptionist is to slow and not friendly at all. Cannot speak Malay and not fluent with english. Hard to communicate. Maybe can put some fragrance. TV is not function at all.

The room is well-maintained, no stuffy smell. The customer service is good and yes, quite reasonable for the price that you paid.
