Location very good !!!

Cleanliness need to do improvement a lot !!!bed , bed sheet and pillow, pillow slip all have to change NEW one !!!!NOT value for MONEY !!!!

Location to CLM bone setting which was the main reason for this location.

Need to keep checking on all math apps. iPhone map shows location where the bank of Islam is.As for the room. Could have used 2 chairs. I know staff would have made it happen if we asked. It wasn’t that big a deal.

It’s clean and room is big.

Room is old , small , dusty , all furniture are very old already

Location near to Axiata Arena/Stadium Bukit Jalil, good for going concerts or events held in AA/SBJ. Aircond good. Bathroom spacious & shower head was effective.

Can put hooks on wall in bathroom for additional hanging of towels or clothes. Pillows maybe can replace with more comfy but firm ones. Prepare plastics for rubbish bin. Mirror in bathroom needs to be replaced.

It’s not worth for what we have paid for

The room is too small compared the pictures posted in booking.com and there is only space enough for bed, even no hair dryer, the shower also not convenient and we can’t adjust

Only near bukit jalil stadium.

No muslim’s food stall around. This is chineese area. Only family mart you can have a food. No public parking full during day.Because only have pay parking infront. Aircond compressor too loud during night, back to window.

Even the big room is. Very small room. No much facilities and equipment

The location is near to the bukit jalil stadium and the food choices and the convenience for family to have their breaksfast, lunch, dinner and even supper..

1.The mattress all 4 sides bent coils, the bed sheet and bed cover is dirty with brown spot;2. No hanger for both of our rooms;3. No spoon provided although there is a cup available;4. The room is not clean although the request have been hung at the door knob;5. The cup that we use wasn't even cleanup although the first night of the room clean up done;6. The room cleaner hygiene is totally not acceptable which cause our room to be smelly due to body odour. 7. Dirty towels as its not white or cream but it turn out to be greyish towels;

Friendly and helpful staff. The location is strategic and convenient for food hunts.

No coffee tea bags were provided.

Room clean and comfortable. Air conditioner and water heater in bathroom function well.

So hard to find parking. There is no hotel carpark.

the staff were friendly, many shops nearby, worth to stay !
