i like how it was somewhat convenient. The location is near to KL and other places like Pasar Seni and so on.

Overall, my stay was acceptable, but there were a few issues that affected my comfort. The shared bathroom was unfortunately not very comfortable to use. Additionally, the water heater was not functioning properly, as it could not be adjusted between hot and cold water. The water dispenser also did not provide cold water, which was a bit inconvenient. In my room, the air conditioner remote had very low batteries, so I was unable to adjust the settings or turn the air conditioner off when needed. I hope these matters can be improved in the future to enhance guests’ comfort and experience.

I booked a shared room, but it came with a fairly large private bedroom, a shared bathroom, and a decent-sized living room with a kitchen, fridge, and microwave, usually shared with two other people. There’s also access to a pool and a small gym. Overall, it’s a pretty nice place to stay for the value.Very relaxed and smooth check-out process at that too

The Wi-Fi can get pretty bad, and even when I used mobile data, it was slow—much slower than everywhere else I’ve been. They also need to fix the bathroom doors. It’s not just one room; even the bathroom doors in other rooms have trouble opening and closing. On multiple occasions, it felt like I got trapped or locked in the bathroom because the door got stuck. You also have to be careful not to pull too hard, since some of them look like they could easily break.Outside of those two main issues, it's a pretty good place to stay

Its quite strategic and the MRT is just a walk from the building. The room was clean and cozy and the shared apartment was large and beyond my expectation with that price I pay, so technically it is worth the money. Food is very abundant and have a choice of late night entertainment that fits any budget.

Room feels a bit old. The entrance was not that welcoming probably due to the lack of tennants in the building.

The Cleanliness. The flow were dirty.. 2 time stay here and both times the experience was so bad. Not clean at all. The floor dirty like never swipe and mop.. Worst is on the floor it seems like alcohol spill off and the staff not cleaned it and my family and I is A MUSLIM!!

Toilets need good repair Found leaky and had to call front desk for fixing the water leak which They did well. Soap was low quality so bought our own hand soap. Walking distance to train station which was greatAlthough we also took grab (same like Uber) lots of time

The location of this property is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The building is very old and lacks basic amenities like a fan in the bedroom. Cleanliness was an issue as the cleaner didn’t seem to do a deep clean. The noise from a nearby club made it difficult to sleep, especially at midnight. While the location is great, the stay could have been much better with improved maintenance and cleanliness."

We stayed at this hotel for two weeks. During this time, our linens were changed only twice (the second time we had to request it). The cleaning schedule was inconsistent, and they didn’t clean the room thoroughly, which was very important to us as we were traveling with a child and didn’t have time to clean ourselves. The floor was mopped only in the middle of the room.There are bedbugs or some other pests in the carpet. Every time our child played on the carpet, he ended up with bites, even though there were no mosquitoes. Please replace or clean the carpet in room 8/17.There is a lot of mold in the bathroom (in both bathrooms in our room). While the hotel is not new, the mold could be removed. Simply cleaning thoroughly and reapplying sealant would solve the issue, which isn’t difficult considering the price we’re paying.Otherwise, the hotel is good. The pool is clean, though the shower by the pool is very old, making it hard to use.The hotel’s location is very convenient. It has direct access to a shopping mall (although the shops are closed). From the mall, you can access the train and metro stations, making it very easy to get around! Additionally, there are nearby cafés with Indian and Chinese cuisine where you can also buy fruits or fresh juices. Everyone there is very friendly.

The property is very nice. Three years ago, I was a frequent visitor. The location is good for traveling.

Receptionist Ms. Anna has been very rude since the first day. We feel like slaves to her. The other staff members are nice. I stayed there for 6 days, but she does not know how to deal with customers. I am a frequent visitor to Malaysia and a regular customer at this property. However, this will be my last visit to this property. I will not choose it again.

Nothing to like there and actually very bad experience i have, which was i stuck in the room and the door unable to open. When i try to talk with manager or boss there is no reaponsible.

Easy booking n check in. Good location n v easy to book grab too. Safe environment w guards. Fantastic views of a few famous icon of KL like KL Tower, Petronas Twin Towers, Merdeka 118 n TRX.

Floor not so clean, toilet a bit run down n tap leaking slightly. Got 1 of the towels that's w rusty marks. Can hear loud music outside.
