Hotel Sentral Pudu @ City Centre/Bukit Bintang

The breakfast was good.

I added extra day to reservation, but they couldn't find it. They were all booked up that night. Guy at desk refused to call nearby hotel to see if they had a room. I complained to manager but he didn't care. Refrigerator, a/c in room didn't work well.

This is a very nice hotel for the money and you get a big discount in price because it's a few extra blocks from the prime location. The staff is very helpful and accomadating. I would definitely stay there again.

location was not so good. There is no good restaurant to eat around the hotel.The size of room was good. However, I found everything dirty there. No sense of art. Beds were very uncomfortable and poor. The pillows and blankets were so dirty. Breakfast were so poor. It was not really continental breakfast. It was rather chinese breakfast. Very few items were served everyday. I had an impression that the left over items for dinner were served in the morning as breakfast with some breads and local jams. No boiled eggs or banana were served. The juice were so poor in taste. Coffee was horrible. I never drink such bad coffee or tea.Bathroom amenities were so poor. I was feeling dirty to use any of them.

Retain the ceiling woke me up, staff didn’t care

ASk for 3 toerls, will not get. Even family room will have only 2 towels

Only 2 thin pillow for 2 adults and its not comfortable. Water pressure in the shower very disappointing. Not satisfied to shower.

I like the bed u give to me. It's comfort. The location of this hotel also very strategic. So, I can access to mall, train and other shops.

The toilet was no space make me difficult to defecate. The air-conditioner not cold at all and not put at suitable place. I sleep but the air-conditioner point to other places.

Need to improve service.

When my business partner requested to have an iron board means she is not comfortable iron uniform at the corridor. Please do not say you are "3 stars hotel only" not a 5 star hotel. If you need an iron and iron board, you can only use what the hotel provides. How can the hotel improve with this below standard service. OMG. No contingency plan.

We arrived after a 15hr flight at 12:30 ish noon asking for our room. They stated that check in is only from 2:00pm as per policy .So if you arrive before 2pm prepare yourselves to wait and not to be let in out of curtousy . With a hotel this size we were sure that rooms had been ready before 2pm or at least then knowing that we were waiting not taking 2hr to clean one room for us. Disappointed!

Okay for one night stay, just to attend concert at Zepp.

Booked for 4pax, towel provided is 3 only pieces. The toilet door cannot be locked, so we use a chair to keep it close. Slippery bathroom floor. Not sure why there's transparent glass for the bathroom. We can see silhouette!! The door to enter the room is quite hard to open. Have to try 3,4 times. Hallway have the stuffy carpet smell. Breakfast so-so. This is my 2nd time here, the first time during breakfast staff was lazy to clean the tables, bila inform makanan dah habis masing² buat muka mcm "alololo, habis eh? Kesian".

-Room space are big-Near to Bukit Bintang-Near to convenience store-No noise as my room are in higher level

-The toilet cleanineas is average as the tile are covered with mold. -The sinkhole covered with mold & dirt-A bad smell come from the toilet -Sajadah is not provided by hotel

I like a room high floor and City view..

Ground floor room. How about deluxe room no bed side lamp no standing lamp no tooth brush no body wash and shampoo. The coffee facility was really bad. They gave the room with bed bugs and the room looked so dark

WiFi was absolutely bad. Midnight time staff have no idea and short of knowledge.Last day I was there the lift stopped.And I was floor 9.I'm absolutely disappointed.The shower door didn't close well. Room 902.

Only day ti.e receptionist Please don't book there go somewhere near by better. Zero ☆.
