Cardogan Hotel

Outdated rooms. Cockroaches in the room. Very rude front desk staffs. Very noisy at night. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel lobby no privacy to hotel customer ( its also used by others ).

I booked a hotel room via booking.com for five nights from the 6th to 11th August 2024, When I reached the hotel around 8.00 am, Mrs. Cawarjah who was in the Front office, gave my room 06 hours early at 8.10 am in the morning, with out extra charge. I am very thankful for that, the Hotel Management and specially Mr.Cawarjah and all staff.

The guy who was at the front office on 11 th, Saturday night always talks angrily to Guests . I strongly condemn it

The location is very good, there are foods and convenient store nearby, short walking distance to Pavillion, Lot 10 and MRT station. Although at night there's band show outside, but the room is soundproof enough to let us have a good rest. The room is very spacious also.

The morning shift staff is friendly and polite, but the night staff is really impolite and not helpful. As we encountered some unexpected circumstances due to the hotel's mistake, but when feedback to the front desk, the staff is very rude and impatient, is not a happy experience and she don't even apologise. There are lots of baby cockroaches around the fridge, and the water heater is not working.

The location is excellent because it's a tourist area, so almost everything is available here—food, shopping, entertainment, and nightlife activities. It's truly fantastic.No breakfast servise

The front desk staff was not very attentive when we arrived to check in.Sometimes, it felt like the way they spoke English was unclear, and when I asked them to repeat, their attitude was quite unpleasant.As customers, we need to clearly understand all the rules before using the services.The smell of cigarette smoke was very strong, even though the hotel has a no-smoking policy in the rooms. I think the hotel needs to be stricter in enforcing this rule so that future guests don't have to endure the health impacts of lingering smoke odors.

Great location to stay. In front of Panda eyes, a few minutes walking to Damascus restaurant, Mrt station , pavilion, lot 10 etc. Facilities services are very nice and comfortable for the family.

?Receptionist not friendly. ? the price at the counter may differ from the amount shown during booking. - need to standby duit tepi.
