Micasa All Suites Hotel

The staff are exceptional particular the front desk with hotel employee and the breakfast & dinner.

The condition of hotel is tied and was not reflective on the website.

Four poster bed, large rooms, value for money, great location.

Food attractions and coffee places closed early.

10 minutes walk from public transport. The room is bigger than expected. Nice shower too.

Reception Staff was not helpful and always they are unsmiling and they are tough on communication…

The Food to poor for the international people you have to work to be acceptable you force customer to eat your foods the selection of the HOTEI FOOD MUST BE CHANGE I feel the money paid for the beakfast NOT Faire I was plan to stay one weak more BUT TJE THAT REASON I CHANGED THE HOTEL THANK YOULOOKING FORE WUOLD TO SEE YOUR IMPROVEMENT

Great room size, comfy bed, kitchenette, good shower and toiletries. Very nice swimming pool. Good price / quality ratio. I would stay here again.

Sound isolation between rooms. Some guests in the room next to mine checked in shortly before midnight, so they were speaking loudly and laughing until 1.30am, and I was woken up few times.

A little far from city centre

Lovely clean, quiet hotel in the heart of KL. Old world style slightly run down but very clean and comfortable. Only downside was no streaming service available

No Netflix or similar.

Rooms were very nice. Hotel is small but very nice. Staff is very helpful

It was mentioned that the metro station is like 3 minutes walk. It is actually 12 - 15 minutes walk, which is quite tough in summer conditions. Luckily Grab works quite well and economically in the area.

the main setback is that there is no direct lift from Lobby to the car park, one needed to use the stairs climb up to lobby.

Great hotel. Great location. Great staff. Everyone was friendly. The room was clean and nice. Also the bar on the first floor was good.

I think building need some renovation. But it’s not critical at all.

Spacious room, complete with kitchen and electronic stuff likes toaster, microwave, stove, fridge, kettle etc. I also love the bathroom, spacious. I love everything about this hotel.
