The staff is friendly. Always greet the customer.

I personally think that the sliding door at the toilet should be fix or change. When to slide left or right, its make sound. That wasnt really good experience especially when went to toilet during midnight. The tiles at the toilet should be clean more thoroughly. The rest is excellent

Smooth check in.

Maybe the hotel could make rules for guests (like a notice in the room) to be quiet during night time, 10pm - 6am, as I can hear guests from the side room talking so loud at 4am till 6am.

No in house cafe and nearby eateries is a minus point for this hotel. Hopefully in the future there is in house cafe or nearby eateries in a walking distance in near future

Iron in the room and fridge will be nice, bigger table for working space.

For a short stay, it's comfortable

A whole night without light, we sweat a lot without being able to sleep. Not even an apology for the problem. Just leave us like this all night without an explanation

The staffs who worked on 12/04/2025 are friendly, and the room is fairly clean.

There was a cigarette smell in the room, which became quite strong during the night.

I was not informed that breakfast would be only @ 10 a.m. I booked the room with breakfast. Since my trip was a business trip and I need to be there @ the meeting venue @ 8 am. I was hoping for a early breakfast, @ 7 a.m. Was disappointed and we had to check out w/out breakfast. Can my breakfast money be refunded.

I would sum it up as just barely okay. I made the booking out of desperation, so it was okay for a last minute booking if you absolutely have nowhere to go and you just need a place to crash. The cleaning staff were nice, he would ask to clean the room every day, replace water bottles every day. This was the only positive part of the stay.

- The place was crampy, there was no space in the room to even keep our luggage. there were no windows that can be opened to have airflow properly, making the room stuffy. However, there were windows double glassed , making it very hot in the room. - We were told that there will be free Wi-Fi, which we never received, - Also the ends of the towels were frayed (overused) and there were little stains on the covers, like after its been washed, but when the stains don't go.- Initially when we opened the room it reeked of cigarettes smell and since there were no windows to accommodate airflow, it was hard to get rid of the smell. - The fixtures and fittings in the bathroom were broken, the water leaked from the heater when turned on and the Muslim shower even when the thing was off.

No soap or shower gel in one of the bathrooms. When checked with the reception, he asks to take from the other bathroom dispenser. (Yes, take from the soap dispenser).Toilet doors are not properly shut (family room, understand?).Lobby toilet is out of service.

misleading information and pictures. maintenance quite bad. said there’s a TV in the room but my actual room got no TV at all. please update the room’s information and room’s pictures in the booking app. it’s misleading. don’t trick your customers like this.

old aircond , only one side of the bed can feel the breeze . the room i get near to store room ( so much noise from outside )

It was relatively close to family in Malaysia.

The 1st room I was smelly. The alternative room was hot, but the management refused to hand out a 2nd key card. So I would have been forced to return to a hot room after spending a late night with family. So booked a 2nd alternative hotel, cheaper & more friendly staff.

Cleanliness, bathroom fittings like shower and wash basin are pretty old and leaking.

Air conditioner water leaking whole night when using it, so noise of it and make difficult to sleep.
