The location is excellent, the breakfast had a lot of options to choose from and we appreciated the buggy car between the hotel and Suria KLCC.

The room felt dated, promoted as newly refurbished, but nothing seemed new there. The cleaning wasn't done as it should have been, the floors were always dusty after the cleaning service was there.The hotel is a 4 star one, definitely not 5 stars.

We landed early, requested for paid early check-in but apparently rooms weren't available or else they would have accommodated us for sure. They still managed to get our room ready by 2:00 PM which was a delight. In the meantime we had some food in their cafe, visited the Mall next door and soaked in the surroundings. It's in the middle of all the hustle and bustle yet quiet and safe. The elevated walkway is an added advantage. Due to the festive season, traffic and crowd was minimal so I can't say about regular days. Our room with a side view of the Petronas Towers was nice, big and cozy. The Skybar at level 33 is a must visit for its aesthetics and the views. Breakfast had a great spread and efficiently managed by the staff. The complimentary buggy service to the Suria Mall promenade is cherry on the cake. Staff overall is very courteous and helpful

The room was spacious and clean. I enjoyed the view of KLCC & the park from my room. It's just next door to KLCC and away from the heavy traffic. A plus is the hotel has a buggy service to and from KLCC if you do not want to walk to KLCC.

Reception was not on the ground floor but rather on the second floor which made check in a bit confusing. But beyond that, everything was good

Breakfast was excellent, location is at the city. The bed & pillows were very comfortable. The view from 33 floor was amazing .

During breakfast, staff kept clearing my table twice despite me putting the signage that i am not done with breakfast yet.

I like the view from my room to Twins Tower. And amazing breakfast. And wonderful sky bar.

Rooms were excellent. Beds were excellent. Washroom was good.

Pool is too small and closes too early. Other than that, its a great place.

The room and bed were spacious and comfortable. We had a great view of the Petronas towers from our room, however fireworks were obscured now that the display is more in the park and not off the tower. The location in central was good. Staff were helpful.

We had a fire alarm go off early one morning, the staff didn't seem to be able to communicate what was happening. Luckily in the end it was a false alarm.The pool area was disappointing. It's not a relaxing place to just hang out. It's an indoor pool with an open roof.We had booked and paid extra for the New Year Party. It was not worth the extra cost. It was sold as a party but the music was too loud to talk to our neighbouring table or even each other. The dance floor was at the far end near the pool, and customers and staff had to walk around the pool very careful not to fall in. The drinks menu was very limited, there were only 2 cocktails available, both of them tequila based. Fine if you drink tequila, but I don't. The event was more of a PR stunt for their marketing team to post on social. The platter was great but they never cleared our table.

Was not impressed with the breakfast facility. It was overcrowded and chaotic. It's needs a second breakfast Room. It's impersonal I didn't like it. The staff were amazing in this chaotic situation when hotel guests were visiting it. Also that egg station gets sooooooo long when you eventually get there it's exhausting. I didn't even bother going back for a second plate for eggs etc.

Staying at this hotel was very comfortable. Its location is extremely strategic for tourists. Grab services are easily available, and the hotel is also close to well-known shopping malls in the KLCC area.

We've been staying at Traders Hotel every year for the past few years for Comic Fiesta at KLCC, and every year it does not disappoint. The rooms were clean, the hotel is close by to the convention center, and staff service was excellent. What I like best is that every floor has a water dispenser, so we don't have to worry about drinking water.

My only complaints this year was that the pool was closed for maintenance on Monday morning so we could not go swimming on the morning before checking out, and I faced issues with claiming the free parking. Despite validating my parking at the reception counter, the parking barrier would not lift for me, so I had to go back to reception to re-validate my parking, which ended up wasting time.

Even though we stayed for just one night, it was a truly luxury experience.The rooms are very spacious, well-designed, and extremely comfortable. We stayed in a Twin Towers View Suite, and the view was simply breathtaking watching the Petronas Twin Towers from the room was unforgettable.Everything about the hotel felt premium, from the space to the ambience. We loved the stay and felt it was worth every moment.

During the check in time at Lounge club, since we said that need pure veg for breakfast, the person in charge told us to come to this 32nd floor for breakfast so that the chef can prepare us something; However, next day when we went there, there was none, then we grabbed some quick veg stuff there and later when we visited lower floor where there a restaurant which they highlighted usually crowded but having lot of variety. Because of time shortage, we could not able to think through and go to the other floor but while going down still we want to take a visit to ensure did we miss something; later realized that we missed a good veg breakfast option; that’s a minor one but still they could have either kept up the promise or guided us properly. Otherwise than this all are 5 star.
