The Breakfast was worst,, they even dont know what to eat with what, no egg, suger in the juice, water was not filtered - bad smell was there. staff behave was very bad. They dont care about the guest bcz they know their hotel in good position so automatically it will run. See below picture they kept in the Lift lobby, i dont know this is a educational hostel or paid hotel........

Shower is nice for the price.

The lack of rubbish bins. Chairs could be changed in certain rooms. Facilities like racks for clothes have to be checked for disability An extra key card would be useful, of course, with a refundable deposit if necessary

Only location

The hotel stuff, cleaner are not guest friendly. They provided only shampoo for bath and hand wash. They did not provide shower gel, no hand wash soap, they charged RM20 for chinese holiday which was not notice, even did not provide room just 10min earlier than check in although the room was ready. They might be considered it.

Was close to center. But very poorly maintained.

The place is dirty no fridge or locker in the room.

This is the worst property I have ever stay .. they don’t provide tolietry and when I checked in Wi-Fi was not working staff never comes in when you ask for tv not working for iron not working. The worst part is when we went for breakfast I saw cockroaches on floor and glasses it’s a really bad hotel and I will never recommend this hotel.

This is my second visit to My Hotel, my family love the place and very close to all the major attractions. Staff is very good. Thank you for the good service and hope to see you soon...

Prominent location with super markets and many Indian food outlets around.

No windows… yes, literally no windows or outside view from the rooms. We were inside 4 walls with 3 cots in it.

It was ok, for the price.. but the staffs are very very nice and efficient! There are differences in price quoted to me online when i check in, but the staff solved it very quickly…so efficient. When i complained about the water heater not functioning, they fix it promptly! I would love to stay there again!!!

No parking ??

From the first day, the water was very dirty and yellow and we could not use it. On the second day, we had to move to another accommodation even though we had paid for all 4 nights. We asked the hotel for a refund but the hotel has not processed it for us yet. We have a lot of video evidence for this and if needed we can send it to you!

Nothing means nothing went well!! No vegetarian breakfast even after requesting them at least 12 to 15 hours in advance. Rooms were not cleaned. No toiletries kit in bathrooms. There was NO ELECTRICITY in night for more than 3 to 4 hours!!! No inverter!!! No Power backup. Rude staff.The bad mattress & bedsheet seems clean but the whole body started itching, as soon as I used it. Not at all recommended!!! WILL NEVER EVER VISIT THIS HOTEL!!! TOO BAD!!!

It is the worst hotel. I will never stay again in this hotel. At first they denied that I made booking and searched for my booking a long time although I gave to the receptionist the booking confirmation and the confirmation email. And finally after a long debate I am trying to convince them that I have a booking, they said okay, but they said that they didn’t have triple room (my booking was triple room with one big bed and one small bed), they told me that they will give me a double room and they gave me an extra bed on the floor which really this makes me so angry. Also what makes me so so angry, when I made the payment they increased 8 RM on the price written in my booking confirmation and when I asked them why you increased the price by 8 RM, they told me taxes (taxes were already included).Finally, they made me check out at 12 pm although it is written in booking confirmation that check out until 1 pm. Very very bad experience. I never recommend it to anyone.

The location is really nice ,nearby malls and monorel etc. The room quite spacious. Overall good stay.

Not much. The staff isn't that welcoming but probably due to tiredness because I check-in during night but it would be much better if he had a better expression. And the room lighting is quite dim but not that much problem.

Great location just around the corner from Jalan Alor and Changkat, within walking distance to Petronas Towers.Comfortable bed.

There were some repair/construction works in the hotel, so they were drilling and sawing some time.We checked in and our room was on the 8th floor, so we thought it would be quiet, unfortunately the room was on the front of the hotel and it wasn't soundproofed so was very loud from the traffic at night, so it was quite difficult to.sleep. The room wasn't very clean, dust in corners.Breakfast was quite basic, but they did have a couple of tasty options on, unfortunately they hadn't lit the gas hob under the food container and they had left the lids open, so all the food was cold.Reception staff wasn't very friendly, didn't smile at all, they looked like they didn't want to be there, we was left to find our room on our own on check in and they didn't help us with our luggage.Definitely would not stay here again.

Bathroom was disgustingly dirty, didn't want to use it at all!! Bed sheets were to small so kept coming off the bed reveling stained yellow mattress. Reception always overcrowded with strong Indian culture

The location is more or less convenient.

Eeeeevery thing:rooms are so small.rooms has no windows.rooms are not clean.it smells soggy and damps since no windows.felt disappointed towards my family, since pictures don't correspond to what we actually found.staff not smiling al all, mainly female check-in agent with "Colored lenses".

The room was clean,very helpful staff,big lobby,good variety of rooms.Valued for money.

The Internet is a bit slower in the room.

Excellent Location,room were not proper though many rooms were vacant.Breakfast items were limited and no variation.

I booked room on line but promotional booking was less than booking.com price.Room clotted was poor though there were more room found vacant.Many restaurant were around. MRT Nearby walking distance.
