Great staff, great location, great breakfest. Large room/suite.

The room looked like it had a lot of miles on it. Marks on the walls, chipped paint, worn-out look to it. The towls in the bathroom felt like sandpaper. The refrigerator stank of durian, makeing it unusable.

Breakfast spread was OK but being on a Sunday the place is crowded. The croissants freshly bake but once comes out of the oven is gone. Room size is good and location was OK near LRT.

During breakfast there's a que for the croissants suggest to use a bigger oven or half bake it earlier and heat it up before serving so can cut the waiting time.Kitchen and toilet need upgrading.

The rooms are big

Some receptionists feel like they’re hosting you for free and have no manners. First of all I said hello when I came, he didn’t even say hello back or welcome, but rather said: Your passport!After that nobody cared to show me where are the elevators or carry my luggage with me.

The apartment size was really huge. House fully equipped especially utensils in the kitchen. The cleanliness and the location very strategic, walking distance to klcc.

Very comfortable spacious room. Food price at the hotel restaurant is reasonable. Location is close to many interesting places.

Internet connection is not stable.

Spacious rooms,living room, kitchen and balconies.

Swimming pool was less clean, it would also be nice for the balcony doors to be opened easily.

Dirty! Laundry was in total disrepair. WiFi didn’t work for me. Staff tried to be helpful, but could have communicated better. Faucet was loose and leaked.

The location n staffs, super friendly and nice . They hv upgraded their telly as you can access eg: Netflix.

The air con at night can be quite warm rather than cool thus I wasn’t hvng a good sleep /rest.

The hotel was comfortable and clean.

Plug points to charge phone was a bit hidden.

The staff was polite and smiley. It is close to Suria KLCC.

The room was badly maintained. Checked into a 3-bedroom apartment that was dusty, sticky and mouldy. The apartment was evidently not thoroughly cleaned for my checking in.Checked in with no dental kit in any of the rooms. Had to call the housekeeper to get one.Wi-fi was superbly bad - on and off. Even the small TV in the living room was ancient and worked on and off.The best was the self-serviced laundrette. Bought tokens at reception to do my own laundry but nobody informed me that out of the 12 washers available, only 2 were working and out of 12 dryers available, only 1 was functional.

My room is like a one bed flat ! Probably bigger than mine in London. The staff are all very friendly except for this sour-faced young lady at the reception right now (2100 21st Nov). I would have rated excellent for "STAFF" if not for my experience with her. I had extended my stay from the 21st to 25th. I was going to have a family member share my room for one day (today) as its my birthday. Asked for a second access card and she has the nerve to ask me to pay for it. Where in the world does a hotel charges for a second access card for a double occupancy room?????? After some hassle, she did give me a second card FOC but did not automatically provide access to the 25th meaning I was locked out today on returning home. Please carry out more training for this lady especially in how to greet and smile at customers !!!

Dont like the parking. The way out too narrow for a wider car. Sidemirror broken btw.

The room we stayed in was very good, though I made a slight mistake in my original booking. We were accommodated well by your front office.The breakfast spread was excellent! Fresh croissants baked 'a la minute' & we all enjoyed them!

Upscale, reasonable price for moderate luxury. Pool is nice. The breakfast, while hectic and crowded, has a lot of options and I recommend the fresh pastries which are snagged up instantly. I got a larger suite which was nice and included a kitchen and a living room. Microwave and a kitchen sink and full sized refrigerator are all appreciated. Ordering the room service is the same menu as the restaurant on the first floor with the same prices. Solid quality food with reasonable prices makes it actually a viable guilt free option. Centralized location is great when going to locations on foot or via metro.

The hotel is undoubtedly aging with wear showing in many places especially in the bathrooms. Creaking pipes and loose bathtub fixtures are a bit scary and potentially dangerous. Getting out of the city center via car is difficult with the traffic so if you will need to do that, I recommend staying out of KLCC altogether and not exactly a fault of the hotel.

Aside from the location nothing anymore

I come every year and really like the place but bot anymore. First as i said i come every year with my family and pay for 5 breakfast and suite room, i asked the staff if my 7 years old could get a free breakfast because she only eats a few fruits anyway so not worth the price they refused . Then the breakfast was a nightmare long awaited, bad organization and really not as good ad in the past ( no more cheese plate). It is so crowded that you dont even want to resplenish your coffee or a few things due to the hassle. Regarding the cleanliness to be honest i also saw this last year it is really dirty like do not look under the beds or furnitures because I dont know for how long they did not clean these parts full of dust and items from previous customers. Even in the bathroom. Honestly it was my 4 th year coming and this will be my last.

The quiet location far from crowded areas and very close to KLCC. The subway station is few steps far only. The rooms are big and the hotel very quiet. The breakfast is rich and tasty. The staff is very kind and helpful.

Breakfast meals were good, however because of pack season we have to queue and longer time to get table.

I booked a twin bed room and given double bed. Not happy about it.
