Courtyard by Marriott Kuala Lumpur City Centre

The location was fantastic. Very central and meant we only had to walk to places barely needed taxis or the LRT/monorail. The room was also massive!

We were placed on a smoking floor which was disappointing. And the room wasn't the cleanliness that I wanted.

The front office services were good.

The house-keeping needs attention ... Especially the bathroom fittings needs to be checked before the rooms are assigned to the Guests.

Noisy air conditioning, not repaired after reporting, also I requested that the window be unlocked to let the air in - was not actioned

TAKE MY REVIEW SERIOUSLY! most doggy hotel that I have ever been too , dnt regret like me after booking . The cleanness of the hotel is in the most poorest condition. Full of mould n dust in the room. Human hair on pillows n bedsheets . I had severe allergics due to the mould in the hotel . They agreed to refund back , manager ms fong, but no refund was received. PLS AVOID THIS NASTY HOTEL !!!!

1. Hotel offered a upgrade of room with a charge, and the upgraded room was spacious. 2. The Hotel helped us with complementary extra bed.3. There is a mini-supermarket in the basement.4. The location is just opposite to KL tower (Bachelors/youngsters can walk)

Clean. Room service perfectly fine. The front desk is super friendly.

I like the room is so big fully equipped with bath robe and kitchen. The location also very strategic. Literally in front of Menara KL amd just 10 minutes walking to Masjid Jamek.

The swimming pool is sucks. It looks like abandoned swimming pool with spoilt rooftop and unmove water. The breakfast is also so expensive for a limited number of choice.

Room was great, I and my girlfriend liked it, staff nice and helpful, he let me checked in an hour early. which was great.

there wasn't face soap and also bath soap bottle was empty, there was nothing which is terrible.

The water is yellowish. Went to Soi33 restaurant for our anniversary dinner but most of the food not available. Aircond was not on maybe to save energy so its a bit stuffy.

Spacious room, bath and kitchen. location is tucked in a quiet hill but very much in the centre. Very comfortable and hidden gem. KLCC is just few blocks away. Many restaurants nearby within walking distance.

There was renovation in front of our room but given the value price it is bearable. Also, the shower could use an update because the shower bidet keep facing the wall and non adjustable.

Because there is no bidet spray/hose at the toilet, the toilet seat is not actually clean. Got sh*t stain at the toilet?

Due to rain water had come to my room. I had to change the room to another.

location and price quite reasonable. The breakfast is also good. The size of the room is good.

The lady at the counter who was on duty on the night of 16/10 to 17/10. She could be better to be off the counter. Not friendly with the guests. She could offer at least smile not that much to ask. During checked in we just received 1 access card which was totally not acceptable because you need the card to access the lift, so if you wanna go to the lobby etc everyone in the room needs to follow otherwise there was no electricity in the room. The lady told us to get extra card the following morning not on the spot during the checked in at night. What is the reason behind it? she said "no card". such unprofessional answer from the reception. The room looks tear and wear especially the carpet. It llooks stained.. the skirting in the room was off. The furniture was also outdated. There is upgrading works on some part of the hotel. Pool looks scary and water is opaque.Parking is RM10 per day.

The room was large and comfortable. Location excellent. Cannot complain about the price.

Generally fine but quite tired hotel. Would have been impressive when new but it clearly needs redecorating.The decor was aged: stained carpets, curtains threadbare in places.Staff were fine and efficient but not very friendly.The worst thing was the upper facilities - in the corridor to the gym there was a leak in the roof and water was leaking through into a bucket.
