The price was reasonable. Restaurant adjacent was good quality, friendly and fairly priced.

Room was extremely noisy. Room smelt of cigarette smoke. Room access card did not work first time and had to be reprogrammed Directions from the rail/bus terminal were unclear

Unfriendly staff. Towels yellowish. Very small room. Beside have big kitchen hood sound very loud.. can hear cooking downstairs often, because downstairs is mamak restaurant.

Walking distance (more or less 15 miniutes from TBS. OK if you have only the back pack . But if you have luggage, I suggest that you take Grab (but no sure the price) becouse you need to use escalators, and pedestarian flyover to reach the hotel. This is my 2nd time stay in this hotel. Room: OK. Internet: superb. Amenities: OK. Mamak restaurant just beside the hotel. For those who come withyour own car, Shell gas station only less than 50m from the hotel. The front staffs are friendly and helpfull.

During my stay (weekend), there was a group of youngsters testing the exzos around 2-3am for the two nights in a row. Stressfull! Other than that, I am ok.

Decent hotel right next to TBS Station. I stayed there twice because my bus was arriving late at TBS. Front desk is open 24/7 so Check-in was possible also during night. Friendly staff, free water refill, an indian restaurant right next to the hotel which is open until late as well. It's possible to walk to TBS station from the hotel, walkway is just a bit hidden. Can definitely recommend if you need to stay in this area for a night

The second time I see stayed there the AC in my room was working not well, staff helped me with new batteries for the remote but I couldn't fix the problem fully.

Close to TBS Bus Terminal. It is convenient for the traveler who needs a place to lay down after long traveling.

The hot water dispenser requires servicing. It takes a while to fill up hot water in a cup. Cleanliness needs to be improved.

Perfect distance from train and bus station to the airport. Nice little restaurant down stairs also . Basically it is cost efficient and convenient .

We had a good 1 night stay here before catching the bus from TBS, everything was good. Good shower room, comfortable bed, nice staff, would stay again.

Location

This hotel had "No Smoking" signs prominently displayed, yet guests were blatantly smoking in their rooms, with the smoke seeping into mine. I reported this to the front desk and security staff repeatedly over four nights, but they offered absolutely no assistance. The smoke issue persisted and worsened each night, and the staff made no effort to investigate the source.On the day of my check-out, two guests in the lobby emanated a strong smell of cigarette smoke, noticeable even at the front desk. However, the hotel staff did nothing – not even a simple inquiry.

The location and there's a 24hour mamak downstairs so you get go whenever you want. Perfect location.

That day I booked this hotel at near 12am after i arrived the hotel, the staffs tell me that they need to waiting for the confirmation email form Booking.com for a few minutes. I'm ok with it, but i heard they talking to themself that im KACAU KACAU THEM with speak out MY NAME. Maybe just becuz I'm booked the room after walking?? This is very disappointed. And the stuff's talking skills are very rude for me. And the toilet lock is not functioning at all.

It was close to the terminal so you can get to the airport or other cities easily

The room was very dirty. The bathroom toilet was constantly dripping water on the floor. At 8pm construction started outside the window and lasted until 2 am

Near TBS, although bit of a maze to cross the railway line and the major road. Clean enough

Unfortunately the door is not safe at all..too loose..make sure to replace the keylock and the knob..very dangerous if anything happen
