The location, the helpful and friendly staff.

The old facilities, too humid and there is no window in the room. Couldn't have a proper rest in that room.

Water Heater

The front desk receptionist tricked me into charging RM2 for WiFi. I had my own internet traffic and didn't need the hotel's internet at all, but they still forced me to pay. In addition, they did not provide disposable toothpaste and toothbrush as I requested, which is simply deceiving consumers.

Great location and it's for that reason we chose Petaling Street. Great staff, helpful reception ? It's safe to stay here?Great food, markets, near to transportation hub.Plenty of nostalgia as far as KL is concerned. Cleanliness and room services can be improved.

A bit run down and Old upholstery,But we don't really mind. (Don't expect much for the price paid) It's reasonable.

Difficult to find at first, hidden away amongst a very busy market.

So near to everything. Endless choices of great food & shopping!

Room without window but for the price it's acceptable & quiet. Had a good sleep

The room needs to be cleaned properly. TV needs to change no kettle, no water no cup.

We get a big triple room it was a good AC and warm water system, bed is comfortable they supply extra cover blanket, receptionist ma'am was waiting at early morning 04:00 because of my booking and allowed me early checking-inn, outside china market is amazing you can buy anything after a negotiation. Huge big shopping area around. Everything is nearby it's located in mid of the market.

They should give an extra door key.

The location is decent.Checking in and out is easy.

The rooms are not clean, overall not in really good shape and most important the smell in the 2 rooms and pillows/mattresses we had was unpleasant.Overall atmosphere wasn't great and to be fair it is a cheap hotel and you should not expect to much anyways. But I stayed in other hotels in Kuala Lumpur and Malaysia for roughly the same price/even cheaper that where nowhere near as bad as this one.If every other hotel was fully booked I would stay again though, that being said, i usually use a thin sleeping bag at hotels like that.

The room was very dirty, the tiles and false ceiling were broken. The room smelled of alcohol and smoking. The towels were of very poor quality. The washroom was very dirty. Cockroaches were roaming around

Cockroaches everywhere in the room.

Understand this is a cheap hotel in the middle of Chinatown. If you're expecting something more then this place isn't for you.

They should keep someone who can communicate in good English.
