Location was their selling point. Reception staff was helpful n friendly.

Only 2 guest lifts sharing with other motel. Wasted time waiting at ground level to go 5th fl reception then take another lift to the room, luckily this was in a private area. The room furniture was old, dark brown wood. Aircon leaked in living room but was taken care of after calling as room serviced only every 2 days. No safebox for valuables and room lighting could be improved. Sharing a common bathroom situated between 2 bedrooms is really inconvenient.

The location is good. So many shopping mall near by.

The aircon got some noise and the hair dryer not functioning.

The location is convenient and easily accessible to the shopping area. The room was spacious.

Poor tv channel. Mattress outdated need replacement. I can felt mattress spring protruding out. Microwave doesn’t work. No gym. Limited laundry service

The property staff were very accommodating and pleasant.

We only had one key card, I hope next time you can provide at least two key cards as we are family of four and my kids can’t come back to hotel as they pleased and needs to wait for us to let them in.

Every mid night have scary sound , like some one playing marble ..We stay level 12 , room no.1203 - n i heard sound playing marble

Lobby & elevator were TOO HOT! Only 2 elevators were available so it was a long wait to go up the 16th floor. MOULDY SMELL! We can see moulds on the ceiling. Elevator - dirty. Beds - SMELLY & DUSTY. The smells stick onto our clothes and my kid's plush toys! Toilet - SMELLY. We had to spray perfume all the time but still smell. All the table lamps were NOT WORKING. Very bad hairdryer - time for a replacement.Not worth my money at all, even worse, we paid almost rm$5K! Could have just stayed at better hotel.This place needs a total REVAMP!

Everything is good

Everything is good except there is a misunderstanding between reception and my family where the information that I paid for in full has not been updated to the hotel. It would be best if Booking.com could inform the Hotel earlier before we arrived regarding the payment has been made. Luckily the hotel reception person with a professional resolved this misunderstanding.

Location is really a Plus point as proximity to most eateries, malls and train station.

The room needs some upgrading : aircon abit noisy, water flows out from shower area even the shower door is closed, the hair dryer sparks when use, walking from the level 5 lift lobby to the residence's lift lobby is really very hot and stuffy.

Shower water pressure was very low. Broken window lock. Check in at 3 pm was too late.

Superb location, right next to Pavilion Mall.

There was no ventilation at all in the lifts & it was very suffocating.

bedroom aircon not wkg. Twice we change roomtv channel not clear & not many choice to seewashroom esp. shower area smallno tidy up the rooms only change fresh clean towel & empty de rubbish

it was connecting room not an apartment! since we have 5 adult and 3 childrens and by the time we arrived at Fahrenheit our room is not ready yet! since we have childrens we need to take a rest in the room first but unfortunately we have to go somewhere else.. plus my eldest daughter is she’s an autistic! that’s why we need a rest first before we go on our shopping.

The room is dirty and smelly. The lift is bad. Works ok but the buttons needs fixing.
