The manager rented my room to someone else so when I arrived that room and others of similar quality were not available. The manager rented one room to two different people, cheating me. I had to book another hotel. I require a full refund.

The location is very good.

Since there is a business beside the hotel, there is a lot of noise from a truck during the late night.

The friendly and helpful staff

The closeness to the Nu Sentral Mall and closeness to the main amenities

STAFF NAME KAMARUL SO RUDE... i Already request early check in & arrived around 12. He promised try to get the room within 1/2 hour. Latest 1 hour due the room is not ready yet. So the timing already 1pm. He still surrounding never check with housekeeping until i sound its already 2.00pm. almost 2Hrs im waiting. Then the laddies staff come, That staff kamarul, just leaving the Counter like that. So the staff ladiess take over it. She give me the room. What the nonsense That boy staff.
