Reception and security staff must be more friendly and service with smiles

Super comfy place to stay, located literally in front of metro station exit, has variety of food options around.The staff is always friendly and helpful. Could be a tiny bit cleaner but it’s still very nice and guys are doing a great job.

Superb location close to the train station and also has restaurants nearby. It fit for a solo traveller or business trip. Is good if you go for tourism during the day and be at the hotel just to sleep. The service from the reception was excellent. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained with all the basic amenities such as air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, and a clean bathroom. The housekeeping staff did a great job keeping the room tidy throughout the stay.

Staff are very welcoming,friendly and assist me in everything I need, truly appreciate❤️❤️❤️. Plus the toilet was clean, the room was spotless, a very comfortable bed and there were plenty of amenities. Walking distance to Sogo, Dataran Merdeka, Petaling Street, Central Market and many more. Confirm repeat!

The location is super comfortable, like literally a few steps from MRT. The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was okay, matching the price range.

Everything worked pretty well. There was good water pressure. The shower was hot. The toilet flushed decently. The bed was comfortable. The AC functioned well (although sometimes it made a rattling sound). And the staff was pretty friendly.

I would have given this property a near perfect score for the price if it wasn't for the first night. When I arrived at 11:00 at night, extremely tired from a long flight, I entered my room to find a cockroach on the table. When I complained, one of the staff members came up, and we found three more cockroaches in the room. They ended up moving me to a similar room on the seventh floor instead of the fifth. From that point on, my stay was really good. It should be noted that this hotel is situated next to a mosque that broadcasts its prayers over loudspeakers five times a day. Woke me up at 5:45 am almost every day, but that isn't the property's fault.

Their floor, wall and washroom is squeaky clean without a speck of dust.The staffs are kind and attentive ?The hotel is super near to the Masjid Jamek LRT station, which connects to Kelana Jaya Line and also Ampang & Putra Heights line. So, it has very strategic location apart from being at a popular shopping district.

They need to improve their bed and pillow sheets as it was smelly. It was like there this funky odor to it and somehow affected my sleep ?. Should spray fabric perfume or perhaps change your laundry detergent or change the company who handle your laundry (just a suggestion hehe)

I liked everything about the place

i arrived late after midnight, mineral water and biscuits provided in the room really helped. big bed, strong water pressure and functioning water heater made a nice warm bath. there is cupboard and safe provided. iron and board is at hallway outside

wifi password is pasted on the wall of the floor hallway. however, when i exit elevator, somebody entered and blocking my view that i could not see the wifi password. found it only the next day when i go to work. if possible, write it on the room key envelope.

Guy staff at the receptionist helping us with the umbrella during heavy rain & the guy housekeeper. So helpful. Helping us to carry our bag from the car to the room.helping me when staff from habib send me the free gift from previous purchase to the reception counter when im not around .

1. The female staff at the receptionist should have trained more to have more empathy & common sense. During the check up she wanted my IC, i did mentioned i was unable to get my ic inside my handbag because it stuck with the baby carrier and my baby sleeping. She wants me to go upstairs and put the baby in bed & go back to the reception counter.bear in mind the bed has no frame and is quite high, my baby 7 months old already crawling, sitting & standing on his own. What if he fell down from the bed. Who is going to be responsible for that?the ic just to fill in the form not that they want to photocopy. luckily i mentioned later once i settled everything i will go to reception back with my baby n show the ic.2. This is the first time i stay at a hotel where I clean & brush their bathroom. It's so sticky & slippery. Maybe the housekeeper should clean the bathroom for every check out.

Had a great stay at Lotus Hotel Masjid India. Third time staying there and it is as good as ever. It is in an ideal location to get around to KL's attractions. The room is decent-sized and all the facilities for a short stay. Has extras like kettle, safety deposit box and iron/ironing board for guest use at ene of each corridor. The bed was comfortable and shower very powerful. Cleanliness was great in the room and common areas. Staff are very helpful and efficient. I was allowed to store my bag for a few hours after checking out. Overall, would recommend for value, staff, location, facilities and cleanliness.

Nothing to dislike

everything was okay until the AC not functioning well.. but luckily your service was excellent and act as soon as possible..

Location is perfect to get around the city. Staff was very helpful service was fast. They address my concern.

The location, check in and check out.

The room had no window,sheets had yellow stains,the pillows and towels needed to be changed or replaced. The room is stuffy coz there are no windows for ventilation.

Bad WiFi and on top of that they acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about. You know your WiFi is not good. Also it was very dirty and there were little cockroaches under the bed. But the worst part truly was the rude and nasty attitude all of the staff gave me except for one guy. The guy who works the night shift at the reception was especially rude. If your hotel is this bad and over-priced, at least be respectful to your guests.

The rooms need to be cleaned more thoroughly. The water kettle in the room was broken. It worked. But the hot water was spilling out of it from the handle. A glass in the room was extremely dirty and the plastic cup and saucer were old and scratched.
