Staff, breakfast and location. Also, it was quiet here!

Bathrooms are a bit dated and need maintenance and updating.

Location was good. Good value for the money.

No breakfast and coffee shop did not open until 9 am.

Very close to sentral for airport express early in the morning. Very efficient staff . Close to little India.⁹

the location was in the heart of little india but it is very close to the KL Sentral so it was easy to get around. The staff was 24hrs, friendly and the room had pretty much everything you would need apart from the hair dryer (which you will need to remember to grab from the reception). The hotel is although old but it is spacious, clean and confortable. I would still stay there again.

The hotel doesnt have a designated area for Grab/car to park outside of the hotel (but this was a minor issue).

Location is central& handy

Aircon, no control other than on/off. Dried my throat out.

Excellent location. Has 24hour mamak resto across the road. Near to other local eateries. My roome has an excellent view of the surrounding. The staff were very courteous. Great value for money in a central location.

Be even better if they upgrade/change the room carpets , as it is slighly musty.

Overall is acceptable in terms of facilities and bed. Friendly and helpful security uncle.

The room cabinet rack below safe unit is dusty.The room light is bit dim. And both lifts lighting are quite dark, couldn't see the button clearly

The location is perfect for accessing public transportation. The staff were also very courteous and accommodating. The surrounding area also has a lot of food options.

The room is a bit small and did not have a refrigerator.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I have to come to KL. No useless fancy facilities, staff are efficient and friendly, everything works fine.

There was no hotel carpark. Only public parking on the opposite side.

I think HSV is the best choice for the people who often travel Kuala lumpur, for tourists, visitor with family. It’s really the exceptional place to stay, the view from window is stunning, breathtaking. Food is available nearby at low cost, and quality is much better. This place is also called as Little India. My four days stay there was pretty good. Got satisfactory services 24/7.

Very comfortable bed. Decent location not far from KL Sentral. Staff quickly dealt with some noisy guests on the same floor.

The hotel is pretty well located, not far from a major transport hub and plenty of eateries and bars nearby.

Well done, the whole front desk team was fantastic. My appreciation goes to the friendly gentleman at the front desk. He was the same person who checked me in last year during my stay, very courteous and professional. He was training another staff this time while checking me in, but the process was smooth, absolutely no delay. Summer View Hotel: This guy should be promoted and given a significant pay raise, if haven't done so.

Basic and functional. Super convenient to be close to KL Sentral. Excellent restaurant Baba Nonya steps away.
