Hotel Maluri

Almost nothing. They charge a Security Deposit for what? Big name hotels and do not charge that... yet they are stuck in the 90s mentality.

Smell. Was so horrible. Also, the walls and carpets looked dirty. Claim.to be no smoking, but it was such a strong odor of smoke on top of the sewage and mold. Also, their breakfast is horrible. Food not that fresh and almost nothing catered to westerners

I like the cleanliness of the room, and they indeed had iron in the room which was so super convenient for me and the family. The staff were all friendly and it was peaceful and quiet with very good floral smell in the lobby.

It was great staying in this hotel; however, it was probably much better if there was a light in the middle of the room which is more convenient for someone who has a bit of eye problem who needed to work while on holiday. :)

The property has been refurbished recently. So everything look nice and comfortable.

The renovation works for Level 4 finally completed. All rooms were repainted with new colors and now comes with newly installed smart tv for all rooms at Level 4. Renovation works in progress at remaining floors.

They do not include breakfast in the room price.

The staff were polite and friendly, the room was clean and amenities were well-equipped. This was my third stay.

The room was nice, quite spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was super clean, and the bed was really comfy, perfect for a good night’s sleep

The only downside was the swimming pool, which is not really kids-friendly.

Big n comfortable room

Floor are wood so when kids running not sure which room can heard loudly. Anyway at night no problem and also TV channel are only basic malaysia chanel. Hope put smart tv so people can smart mirror their phone

It’s like a mix of old fashion with a modern flare and due to the location it’s at, it doesn’t feel like you’re in downtown with all the road noise. The place is also close to tourist attraction like KLCC, TRX mall, Sunway Velocity mall & etc.

Room is spacious and price is affordable. The hotel is strategically located with nearby shopping malls like Sunway Velocity, MyTown and Aeon Mall.

The hotel need to discard all their old TV units and replace with new Smart TV. The old and outdated TV units are not working properly anymore. The hotel need to perform better than other small shop house hotels which provide better and new TV units for their guest entertainment.Tq

Jacuzzi room was spacious and clean. Parking was provided too. Location near to restaurant and convenient store

Shower water was slow.

The location, the size of the room is good, the water pressure, cleaness, bathroom, the bed size is good

- The tv channel is suck not because local channel bit cannot see the show properly due to channel problem. - the mattress & pillow is thin need to be change, wake up in the morning with back and neck pain.

It was good hotel ... Nice cleaned. Very comfortable room and most important for Jacuzzi that's why booked the hotel .. facilities all good .. thanks

Too many mosquitoes in the lobby area. The management should do something about it.Good to have a welcome drink prepared at the lobby for guests.Ensure yr foreign employees to be able to understand and reply either in malay or english.

Room, facilities and location good

The air conditioner is not really good, not cold enough for us. The room is still not cool even at 16° .. Management needs to check the centralized air cond as they may not be able to cover the whole room temp

We have always stayed at the Maluri hotel that it felt like a second home for us

Upon check in into room 202, we felt so hot. We thought that because we feel hot that we couldn’t feel the aircond.Later after buka puasa we felt more hotter than before and it felt stuffy. We couldn’t sleep. When we went down for Sahur, I asked the person in charge at reception to get housekeeping to check the aircon. After coming back from Sahur I asked the reception weather the air con has been fixed. He said that maintenance is not available so early in the morning. Then I asked whether he can fix us into another room. He gave us room 222 which was much better and we could sleep until mid morning.

This is out 7th stay at this hotel it is geat they brought the buffet breakfast back you have everything on your doirstep with out staying centre of kl there are great local shops two large shopping malls and the metro train is only 6 min walk away hotel is always clean and staf very friendly also have a car parking

I had a great experience at this hotel. The location is convenient and I really appreciated the spacious car park perfect for my car, unlike many other hotels. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free, making the whole stay smooth. Plus, the staff were friendly and welcoming. Definitely a hotel I’d return to!

Location

Stay for 3 nights but advised by staff that better not use the hotel laundry services as laundry services are slow according to them. Hope mgmt check on laundry services.
