Nice easy find food

There was nothing good at all. Completely disappointing.

Terrible accommodation. For the first time in my life, I had to leave a hotel and look for another one. There was a very strong and unpleasant smell, like glue or paint, which made my nose and chest hurt from breathing it in. The room was also extremely small. I am very disappointed with this hotel.

Location is good. Clean.

Toilet door

I like the clean bedsheet, new aircond which is very quiet, black out curtain and close to food store.

The housekeeping should clean the washroom tiles. Black mold all around and being a clean person, I washed all the black mold in between the tiles with toothbrush. Pls also change the toilet seat cover as it is already broken.

Clean and spacious. The price is affordable and reasonable.

There is no receptionist at the counter. Need to call few times and hard to response. Please improve.

Just ok

Dirty room ,smell mop,no soap, bed sheet also not clean got a few blood sport.

the room is big and tea and coffee are provided but jug kettle is not provided. need to get hot water on the 2nd floor

Bed comfy, location good

Unsatisfactory hygiene level

Really lovely and friendly staff... So helpful and kind. And the room, really clean and comfortable and fresh. Surrounded by options for places to eat, and excellent transport links. A bargain of a place to stay. Highly recommended.

Near with restaurants

Parking during peak hours

clean room and comfortable, especially the family room. Toilet is spacious

there is a water leaking at ceiling, need repair

Strategic location

Dirty Toilet. Unfriendly Afternoon Shift Staff

Location nearby strand mall.A lot of Parking here.design of room actually nice and cool aircond.

Receptionist like a period person. The room dont clean properly like a wet blanket, unattended rubbish and tv have a sound problem.

I don't like anything about this hotel

Not clean, musky, lights were not working when I came, bathroom not clean, staff not friendly, room too small

Not suitable by surrounding many restaurants

aircon need service

the location of the hotel is near to restaurants and a few convenient store

quite far from the mrt station. takes about 10 minutes to walk there

The location is strategic

I can't sleep the whole night because air-conditioning did not function well, its not cool even put the lowest temperature, its hot. Tv has no sound, only picture.

Very bad experience

No soap or shampoo in the toilet. Basin water cannot flow, stuck. Very weak shower, no water pressure at all. TV turned on, no sound. Cannot turn off TV, need to turn off power to off. Will never come again. The only good thing is the reception staff is patient, courteous & helpful

Good location.

There was hair on my towel. Sadly some ppl don't follow the 'no smoking' rule so as expected, the hotel did smell like cigarette smoke.

Location

Tv channel limited and tv 3 no sound
