The location is superb! Easy access to LRT station, restaurants, shopping complex.

Should provide 2 access cards per room; should put the bell for each room.

Staff friendly, location no doubt: exactly in the city centre surrounded with shops, restaurants and easy to get public transports. The room totally neat & tidy, clean and the bed was really comfort. Worth to stay & the price was quiet cheap.

TV. I couldn't watch coz not clear. Please do something.

It’s cheap.

There is no parking space nearby. If you want to park, there is one which costs RM25 overnight. We chose a little further parking from the hotel and had to walk longer to reach it.The bedsheets did not wash well. There are red marks (lipstick, I think) on the bedsheets. The toilet is not perfectly clean as there is some mould.The room is small as expected. I just hope we can have more space to put luggage on the table and not on the floor.

The location was amazing. I ran a race in downtown KL and this location was about 240meters from the start/ finish line. This fact made my life so easy and eliminated my stress.

The refrigerator didn't work, and there was no microwave.

Overall, i gave 8/10.The location, rooms, and even lift, easier for the older. Plus, they even chater a van for us to go to the airport. Just one room, the aircond has a problem, i think. It was not cold, and my brother was sweating all night. Good for transit, but to stay longer was not a choice. Near to Sogo and shopping area.

Location @ Jln TAR is very convenient for us to shopping.

I email several timea request for invoice. The reply said to claim from receptionist while check out. Upon returning the key, I asked the girl for the receipt. She told to me to obtain from Booking.com where I place my booking. I go through the apps, no receipt can be find. When I call the guy say they will send by whatsapp, but yet nothing. So frustrated, I have requested while booking, check in, staying, upon check out and after check out. It seems my request are not important despite my effort to inform them much earlier.

Clean, cheap & strategic location

Staff were good but need to show some professionalism like explaining the services and orientation of rooms.

There should be meal service. The lighting of the rooms should be more bright. The room where i stayed was very dim light. Secondly, the washroom was smelling bcoz of smoking. So the staff should ensure the room condition before shifting new customers.

Good location. 500m walk either from/to Lrt Masjid Jamek or Lrt Bandaraya. Twinbed room spacious, bathroom spacious to @ room 809

Small window panel with obscured glass. TV at room 809 was out of order. Wifi connection was bad during checkin until night. Only connected during early morning next day.

Near to pasar malam.

Difficult to get nice malay food around. We went all the way to Kampung Bahru for our 3 meals.

The location nearby with sogo shopping complex and the staffs were very helpful & friendly especially the manager on duty Mr Jaafar

There is little mold in the bathroom

Mr Jaafar was very friendly & assist us to drop our luggages at the hotel when we came early before check in time. The staffs in the counter also greet us with smiles & welcome us. The property is near to LRT station,Sogo & shops

The beds are comfortable

The room connected with next room make us feel uncomfortable. Toilet doors are not well maintained and also the tv not working i got bored.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are maintained very clean. The location is really great. Will definitely recommend it to people. Many nice Indian restaurants nearby are within walking distance.

The hotel location is very strategic, situated in the heart of Jalan TAR. The room facilities are fully equipped, including a mini fridge, iron board, TV, air conditioning, water heater, and kettle.

The cleanliness of the toilet needs to be maintained more frequently, and the bedsheets should be cleaner. The rooms should have soundproofing, as voices from neighboring rooms can be heard. The water heater needs regular maintenance, and the water pressure is sometimes too low. Patrols should be conducted to ensure that guests do not disturb the peace of other occupants.

Wi-Fi did not work and they couldn't repair it for all 03 days during our stay.
