All service and i book deluxe room tgey told me it’s finish we cannot change

The room was large and clean. But all the doors being slammed shut by other guests at all hours of the night was a bit annoying. I will stay here again if needed.

Location wise is good

Our stay at the hotel was extremely disappointing. The entire place had a haunted, eerie vibe, with dim lighting and outdated, poorly maintained interiors. From the moment we arrived, things went downhill. The door to our room was faulty, and every time we tried to open it, we struggled. It was frustrating and inconvenient, especially after a long journey.To make matters worse, there was no phone in the room, which meant we had no direct way to contact reception. We had to call the main hotel line from our own phones, and even then, it took forever for someone to answer. When we finally got through, we were assured that help was on the way—but no one ever showed up.The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel were subpar. The hallways felt abandoned, and there was a strange musty smell lingering everywhere. The lack of service, combined with the eerie atmosphere, made us feel uncomfortable throughout our stay. This was far from the relaxing and enjoyable experience we had hoped for, and we would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

The room was spacious and grand.Family could gather.

Breakfast spread was mediocre. Basic rice porridge was not included. Could have roti pratha or capacity to go with the potato curry.

The rooms felt like it’s super old and run down. Needs life to it and shower area/toilet are poorly renovated from god knows when. Some rooms smells off.

Make sure at least price meets room expectations and have a better smell to every room. Breakfast needs more better options.

Exceptional

The breakfast menu is the same during our 6 days stay.Nasi lemak, sweet oatatoes, curry, noodles, bread , eggs. Also there should be a cupboard in the room to hang clothes yo.

Grand ballroom and the bedroom are OK.

Location, walking distance to the venue for my training

No hair dryer, tissue box, hair cover (didn't replenish) room door difficult to open, breakfast limited varieties, starting time is at 7am, too late, should open at 630am & have additional stove for making the scrambled eggs/ sunny up. No late check out at all. Suggest to have flexibility, especially when rooms are available

Location and the surroundings are nice

- I booked a lake side view but I received a road side view. I can't sleep well because of the loud noise coming from the highway.- There is no variety of food for breakfast.

Reception and Housekeeping very friendly and attentive

Hotel is on renovation, travelling with elderly can be very challenging. My mom need to have a afternoon nap but with the renovation going on it is totally ruined her sleep / toilet bowl have issue on flushing.

Nice view, good staff, comfortable room, parking sng, mkn order je grab byk pilihan.

Breakfast doesnt looks like hotel at all. Haha..i think no chef, just beli kt warung2 shj. Haha

The room facing the highway is pretty noisy and disturbing.

Disappointing

IThe toilet was stinking...I'm really sad coz i dont see any local people in the FNB section maybe that the reason the food tasteless.The management should hire local people as a worker.tq

Big room and nice scenery

Improve your breakfast menu, i think yout nasi lemak need to improve a lot. Toilet not convenience. Water pressure slow and faucet not function hard to balance cool and hot water. Floortrap quite dirty. Tv not funtion. Some channel cannot view.

Cleanliness

1. I booked Queen bed, yet I got a single bed join together. At night, the bed slips in between because the floor has no carpet 2. Only have 1 charging port, and it's inside the toilet!3. Remote control only can use to change channel in one direction 'DOWN'. I have to switch on n off manually, same as changing the volume...4. Very minimum shelves to put your things...5. I went down for breakfast at 9 am. The only protein they served was scrambled egg and sausage.. yet I waited 20mnt for the scrambled egg. Unfortunately, it never came... I had my nasi lemak with peanut and 4-5 anchovies plus sausage.. No egg n no cucumber...?‍??‍??‍??‍??‍?.

Quite cheap compared to others in KL Suites are spacious, as they are should be

Breakfast buffet was below par. Probably better not to offer any buffet breakfast
