Food not exciting at all - cheap n only cater for locals

Location was excellent. Good to travel anywhere using the Putra station nearby.

The hotel card sometimes took some time esp at the lifts to recognise its validity

When I c/in the room was not very clean and no hand towel and face towel.the towel given to us was Thorn and yellowish

I would not recommend staying there. Sound insulation is inexistent. Malfunctioning bathroom equipment (which has not been fixed even after addressing the issue). Rooms are properly cleaned before check-ins only. Terrible quality of the towels.

Location is convenient as quite close to heart of the city. Facilities quite well equipped and rooms are comfortable. Would absolutely recommend.

Breakfast spread has a lot of options for guests to choose from though the food quality could do with some improvement.

I liked the room and appreciated the flexibility of early check-in after 2 p.m. (if the room is ready). However, considering the size of the room, I didn’t feel it offered particularly good value for money.

BreakfastDress codeThe dress code felt unnecessarily strict. Guests are not allowed to wear the hotel-provided slippers to breakfast, which seems unreasonable. Some guests travel long distances, bring limited footwear, and simply want to be comfortable when going down for breakfast. I believe this rule could be relaxed.Food quality and selectionPaying RM75 for breakfast felt unjustified given the poor food quality and limited selection. I understand that weekday selections may be reduced, but my stay was on a weekend, so I expected more variety. Surprisingly, there was no nasi lemak for breakfast. The fish served with nasi dagang had an unpleasant smell, which was very disappointing.The queue system at the omelette and scrambled egg station was also poorly planned. Since other food items are placed near the made-to-order egg station, long queues completely block access to nearby dishes. This made it difficult for guests to get their food.While I understand that buffet food may not excel in every dish, the overall taste was still unacceptable. I brought my parents and siblings to enjoy a buffet breakfast together, and the experience was extremely disappointing.Please do better. I may consider staying at the hotel again, but I will definitely not return for the food.

The rooms clean ,big and comfartable to stay and the scenery is very good.The staffs when i check in are very good n very helpful.I wiil come again for next time .

For the second day i stay i request for a new towel for three person i got only 1 bath towel and 2 face towel.Feel a little frustated..

Property is huge sized, staff is good & location is wonderful

This hotel does not deserve a five-star rating. I clearly mentioned in my reservation that I would be checking in late. However, upon arrival, I was shocked by the poor condition of the room I was given—it was unacceptable and wouldn’t even qualify for a three-star hotel. When I returned to the reception to complain, the receptionist was rude and insisted that it was the only available room. Only after I requested a refund did she finally offer me a renovated room.The breakfast experience was also disappointing. The dining area was extremely crowded every morning, with no available tables, causing me to miss breakfast on multiple days and waste the fees I paid for it.

The room looked so old and also the toilet, it’s like a 2 star hotel room.Towels were so old old and some of them were torn, and some were having red marks. this is so not good for a 5 stars rated hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff, especially the security guards at the entrance of the hotel were always courteous and helpful.Large rooms that newer hotels do not have anymore.Good breakfast selection.Good gym space (more than the basic hotel gym with 2 machines and 3 dumbbells') and great pool space although I didn't used it.Private balcony in the room - a rare option on today's hotels.Nice skyline view of the city.Hotel has a direct access to the shopping mall underneath it which can be useful at times, although it's a local shopping mall, not a prestigious or architectonic shopping mall.

Older style hotel, looks like from the 70s. The entire hotel smelled like mold, especially the bathrooms. It's understandable with a hotel that has been active for decades but some remediation works might do wonders. Carpet stains throughout the room.No chromecast option on the TV - limited to hotel internal tv or local tv channels. Hotel is a bit of a distance from the CBD - 20-30 minutes walking or 10 minutes by car.

i ordered room service but the staff sending the food is abit smelly,maybe the management can give them some perfume or check first before start duty

Good location and good value for money.

Room size and very small window.

The room was old and the mattress was flat and hard and provided no support. Had very bad sleep every night. I was staying at room 2028. They can verify the horrible conditions of the bed / mattress.

The room was max 3 stars. Maybe it had 5 stars when it was built but it is neglected now. Dirty curtains, dirty carpet, and a lot of mould in the bathroom. They even used black silicone in the shower to cover it... All the noises from the corridor and behind the walls could be heard. Breakfast was very good but the chaos around it was very exhausting. Mostly children screaming and running between the tables without any warnings from the staff.I could also see enormously big queues for the check-in.

The hotel is near to everything perfect location , the breakfast was amaaaazzzing and delicious? very sweet and welcoming staff. Love it

There was some broken stuff in the room

Room is decent - appear clean and good size. Breakfast can add more varieties gradually. Excellent location. Good service and attitude from the staff, all approachable and friendly.
