1. Cockroaches in the room! 5 cockroaches in 3 nights.?????2. Dirty sheet and walls3. Mattress was basically nonexistent. The springs were worn out and concaved as soon as you put any weight on it.4. Room was not cleaned the entire stay. We asked them to spray bug spray for the cockroaches and when we got back the duvet and sheets were just thrown on the bed in a bundle.5. Floors were sticky.6. Wet bathroom- and the taps were leaking. I wouldn't go in there barefoot.7. Aircon was leaking, and it's above the headboard so water was splashing on us, when we told them it's leaking they said it's okay ??‍♀️8. Asked for a toilet paper when we checked in got 1 and only got another one on our 3rd night when we asked for it again. 9. Amenities are non existent, It says the room has a desk to work there is a little wall mounted shelf and no chair in the room. 10. Hangers were broken.

The staff was very nice... Good and clean rooms. Will visit to stay again for sure ?

There is no breakast

I don't undertand how people cna put good remarks for this hotel. It is a prostitute hotel beaucouse the only thong that had in the room cas condoms ang lubrifiants. No one came to clean the room during six days. I had to buy my own toilet paper. There were insects ine the room and no hot water. I had an old towels for 6 days and and kind of bed sheet that was tidy and a blanket thant looked dirty. I told the receptionnist at the end of my trip. There are so good hotels ine KL and its not my first travel. I was shocked that the romm had nothing but only condoms and sexual products

Sleep in street better then this hotel

First when I checked in I got the room without electricity just a light on and I tried to get other room and they give me, wow that’s nice but surprised on next day no water at whole hotel, I went to restaurant’s toilet. Second, everyday no electricity, actually random hoursThirdly, the rooms do not have soundproofs Finally, The staff is not helpful

The hotel is in a good place, near to the city.

No hair dryer, the bed is not comfy n a bit dirty. I experienced no water during midnight about an hour.

The location was right in the middle of Bukit Bintang, walking distance to everything

Sadly it was also right next to the red light zone with full of prostitutes :( also loud music and parties until late in the morning and given that our windows did not close properly, we did not have too much sleep. Mattress is in an extremely bad condition, should have been changed long time ago. Our AC was leaking, cockroach in the room, dirty floor in general, full of hair when we arrived and stains on sheet etc.

Very congested room provided differ from what it shown on website. Rats are playing over the sealing which was horrible. Cockroaches are every where. At billing 3.5% extra charged for credit card payment which was not acceptable because it is an outdated scam. The staff assisted for check in was not customer friendly which he was not even give us a small knife for cutting a mango for a 6 nights stayed guest. Over all not happy with the service.

A lot of foreigners sitting at the hotels lobby. I don't think they are the hotels guest. I'm pretty sure they are the staffs friends hanging around.

-Upon arrival, I was given a room right behind the lobby, and I didn't sleep a wink all night. It felt like I was sleeping in the middle of the reception area. There was very little silence, even in the dead of night; people were talking loudly, even at 3 a.m. This room shouldn't even be offered for rent; it's so noisy!-There were no windows, but despite this, the staff kindly offered me another room for my second night (quieter and with a window).-The window was low (at sidewalk level) and overlooked a somewhat dirty alley with a lot of foot traffic (view of a wall with graffiti).-No double glazing.-The window curtain was practically see-through, meaning that if the room light was on, everyone could see inside; it felt like sleeping on the street with no privacy. Moreover, the alley was lit up at night, so it was impossible to have complete darkness in the room (changing the curtain would be beneficial).-The neighborhood was not very well frequented at night-The clientele was somewhat strange.- Numerous issues: I had to ask for a towel, then toilet paper, then change the air conditioning remote, which was broken. Then the air conditioning started leaking, and technicians had to come to repair it, which took 2 hours.-Rooms had unpleasant odors / Smell of dampness / Mold on the walls because there was no ventilation system in the bathrooms to remove moisture.-The mattresses were very soft, as if they were inflatable.-In the second room, the Wi-Fi barely worked (very slow).-No secure storage for valuables (locker)-There was a cockroach in the bathroom.-Toilet's spray doesn't have nozzle-Airport transfer service costs twice as much as using the GRAB app.Despite all these problems, I still give an average rating because despite everything, the staff was truly exemplary, but the hotel spoiled my stay, I even left one day early.

Staff behavior and product that they are giving are not strong like the bed it was strong for 2 people it broked down and they charged us 400 ringit.

The hotel was disappointing in several ways. It didn't have the things I needed like proper services and amenities. Plus, it wasn't clean or comfortable. Overall, it just wasn't a good experience, showing that the hotel doesn't provide good service.

We were put in a different room than we booked, and were told its because they were busy.The staff were making so much noise during the first night. One of the staff woke me up at 2am because he was watching a loud video in reception.There was also someone smoking directly outside our room.The floor of the rooms were very dirty, and there was also no toilet paper in both rooms.
