Furama Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur

(1) Spacious Family Room (2 Rooms with 1 Living Room).

(1) Poor Check-In Process and inefficient Front Desk and Housekeeping (Wait over 2 hours ++ at Lobby). (2) Unfriendly staff at Restaurant. (3) Bathtub and Shower Faucet problem. (4) TV Remote Control in Master Room - Malfunction/Low Batteries.

I stayed in one of the executive suite so I have a much higher expectation. These are some of the things that i do not like: - A bit rundown and dirty - Cold breakfast - In-Room internet is terrible (Doesn?t work 90% of the time)

The lady at Egg Station was rude. I was in a queue and i was watching how she was replying to Non-Asian customers. First day i thought she was in bad mood. Which is very much understandable. But second day i found the same way she was treating Asian customers. Surprisingly she was interacting nicely with Non-Asian customers. I found everything good in your facility except this one. Before believing my review; you may watch her activities from a neutral point.

The location was great, right in the city center and close to everything.

The wifi was extremely spotty, which was really frustrating for me as I had to do some work while here. The initial instructions provided were incorrect on how to log in. Once I figured out the correct way to log on, the Internet would work for a bit and then would stop working. I eventually had to go down to the lobby and work there because it was the only place I wouldn't keep losing the wifi signal.

I booked the bigger room and it was indeed spacious.Staff is friendly and helpful but not the security guards.

I stayed in room 809, the hotel was amazing and service was really good. Special thanks to MD Rakib he provided amazing service to my family during my stay.

If the room has some indoor plants it will give a more positive vibe and also expect smart tv but which was missing.

Breakfast was crowded and lift operation was chaotic, room interiors were old and dated

good location in bukit bintang and easily accessible from public transport. good value for money as well, room was spacious and comfortable.

hotel is a little bit old, did not feel much aircon in the lobby. the aircon in the room also took quite a long time to cool down. shower area was a little dirty especially the window and rain shower - i think due to the height it is difficult for it to be cleaned.

The room was clean, modern, and spacious with a comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked well, and the Wi-Fi was strong. Excellent location—just a 8-minute walk from the LRT and close to restaurants, shops, and major attractions. Easy to get around both on foot and via public transport.

Pls put rubbish bin a big bin due to sometime customer bring baby to hotel so thy nit to change diapers for whole day ..not enouf for small bin to throw diapers and food

The quality of the accommodation was so bad, brocken walls, dirty walls especiallyhall hallway, bad qualityofbreakfast, they said it is a 4 stars accommodation but it was not even 2 stars. But at least staff tried to change our room to a better one and adding some perks on our stay. But the hotel was not worth it to the value I paid.

Good hotel with good staff behavior.The hotel has become old it seemed.I didn't like the breakfast menu although a lot of options were there.Location is good.

Check in was good, Front Office staff was very supportive notably Ain, Aini, White and the Supervisor lady.

The Bar attendant is not very friendly, he needs to be advised that In house guests can sit at the Bar, thats the only way to attract business otherwise chasing them away because they have not ordered yet makes the service poor.

The room we stayed very comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel also nice where it is located near to mall and a lot of restaurants and shops available nearby. Will recommend Furama to others

Staff and food was ok

Not clean and need to upgrade the beddings, tv was not working, stains in the wall papers, need to upgrade the furnishings and the cleanliness of the room is not to expectation of four star hotel..

Good position for travelling around Kuala Lumpur and easy access to Lalaport Mall are benefits but property could do with updating. The Executive along breakfast and evening snacks are excellent but such a shame the lounge is not open throughout the day.

Lack of staff on the door, find the self check in difficult - face to face contact with a welcome in person makes such a positive difference.

Being in an Executive Suite with Lounge Access. Room was spacious and well equipped. Daily Housekeeping if we needed.Breakfast was in Lounge or the main Restaurant. Limited in the Lounge. Main Breakfast area was very crowded. Staff in Lounge could be very helpful sometimes but in occasions could be not professional to serve in Club Lounge.We stayed in the Hotel in and out for 3 weeks. Used the Club Lounge. Breakfast and evening snacks could be more varied and of good quality.However we enjoyed our stay.Check in staff Ain, Aini, Linda and Laila was very approachable and helpful.Lounge staff Rehman, Sylvia and Laila was helpful and friendly.

The Location was good and the staffs were friendly.

I have stayed in Furama a few times before this, but during this trip, i realized how dated the hotel was. The bathroom was filled with rust everywhere and the door was a little broken (or dented in the middle) and there was paint chips on the floor everywhere. Not to mention, the carpeted walkway and the carpet inside the room was very dirty with old stains and the walkway smelled musty at times. The pillow was terrible and it gave me and my husband neck pains.The dealbreaker was the super unstable and slow WIFI connection, making me unable to complete my work as expected.
