Excellent value. Dining is good but room service just OK. Suites excellent value and very good. Pool disappointing. Gym Ok. Cheaper than the MO but rooms bigger and better value for suites.

We loved the service, the staff were super helpful and nice to us during our stay. The beds were super comfortable and rooms were clean.

Clean, classic hotel. Good staff. Nice lobby, gym includes pool, steam room and sauna. World class breakfast.

The lobby area can be improved by using some nice scent/oud. Many 5 star hotels have an immediate nice smell when you enter.

The location was great. I enjoyed the concierge and the Front Desk was responsive. They gave plenty of water. The drinks in the lounge were good-tea, coffee, wine.

The pool was dated. The room size was mediocre. The bananas stayed in my room for 4 days and started to rot. No one removed it. The lounge food was not fresh and not warm. It was blah. Too expensive.

- well-appointed rooms for a short stay- big selection for their breakfast buffet but seemed to be unfamiliar with Western food safety and cleanliness — so if you’re headed that way, just keep that in mind

- unable to charge phone at any of the electrical sockets or USB banks in the room. Maintenance came and only one socket was fixed but not before patronizing attitude from operator and bellhop- really tried to upsell you on their products so forget any honest recommendations on what to do in KL- treated differently according to the room rate (and I suspect how you booked - seemed to not like booking.com) Even the in-room products are different!

It’s Shangri La .. the service, the staff, the facilities, the breakfast are all perfect. They have clear attention to details so the visitors have everything in hand. Water pressure is just wow making the shower experience perfect.

Kind of an institution in KL and a preferred place for conferences being held.The staff is friendly and helpful.The location is good (for shopping and restaurants), although traffic in the area is bad.

The place shows its age. Its well maintained but the looks and feel is from the 80ies.Breakfast buffet is elaborate however there are no western style cold cuts, the cheeses are limited and the coffee machine uses the "wrong" milk for your cappuccino's (foam gone in 1 minute).The swimming pool is really dated and the whole feel of the pool and pool area could really benefit from a modernization / renovation program

The stuff was very nice and the breakfast amaizing! Maine is one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever tried! The location of the hotel is also very good.

You have amazing staffs, Ms. Khai has always been a supportive and grateful host. This time I met an nice person from my country Mr. Jihad Akbor who kept our rooms clean. Thanks for the hospitality!

The lemon garden was extra crowded need to better manage the high peak.

The facility is well located and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great in terms of verities and the quality.

Some uplifting is required to the rooms and other facilities

Loved the hotel. It was extremely clean and very well organized. Staff was amazing. Super helpful and always attending to our needs. Hotel services like swimming pool, activities for kids, spa and in room dining services were exceptional. Buffet breakfast and dinner had variety and taste. Concierge and room service was great. Overall it was excellent.
