The staff was great. Friendly and helpful. Hotel near the Shopping complex. It's a little difficult to find a place to eat after 10 pm.

Location of the hotel. The room doesn't have a window.

The staffs were friendly both at check in and check out.

If you're not used to the area, you might miss the junction to the hotel, but otherwise, nothing I didn't like.

The toilet, bed and the room is not clean. Even the door card got problem and the staff never replace with the good one. Need to improve on the cleanliness and facilities.

The add on breakfast does not meet the expectation. and only for food with the tasteless (nasi goreng). not include drink. At least, provide us 3in1 sachects. For parking, please remind every customer for parking fee. Cause mine got summon without any notice parking fee from this property.

At the 1st night i got the room with floor damaged and not so clean.. but i counter for the next day coz i want the room as show in the picture once my booking confirmed and i want the room i received satisfied with the price

The locationcleanliness ok

I have knee problems, and I didn't expect this hotel to not have an elevator. even more sad they gave us a room on the 3rd floor...so difficult for me with knee problemsAir conditioning does not workParking has to fight to see who can get it first

The hotel bed and TV with fridge.

Got alot-smelly and not clean-not have hand shower and I was searching for bathroom pictures while booking. But, unexpectedly, I can't find to check before booking. The bathroom is totally disappointed -only lobby looked great, -very smell staircase-smoke smell. -not hygiene at all

Almost nothing, although the price way much more cheaper compare to other, still the amount was not worth it

Slow check-in procedure, somehow they made it like our fault although the system was too slow to accomodate online booking. I booked thru booking.com. Although it was stated non-smoking room but the smell of smoking was too strong until inside room. Was booking because stated close to riverglamp but the km stated is manipulated. Instaed of 6km, it was more than 10 km from the place.

The hallway is smelly, dim lighting, and the room is small. No lift available. Once you checked in, no refund for extra days paid in advance.

Receiption Staff bad services. Morning 7am check out no staff there. Urgent Call almost 10 times Nobady pick up phone. Complaint to receiption Staff, he sound loud scold me back. How come??!!
