No heater. Heater spoiled in master bedroom.

terrible location, very filthy, incompetent staff

The Hotel is at a bad location. It can't be accessed via foot since the lobby is on the fourth floor. The only access is through the carpark. There are no signs everywhere we got lost in the carpark for 10 minutes and just started going to random levels. Eventually we found the lobby on the 4th floor by trial and error. I's not a hotel, its more of a holiday apartment. It's just apartments in an apartment complex. The AC didn't work in the living room. Everything was dirty. The Bed yellow stains on the pillow and the bedsheets were filty. I requested a new bed and the sheet was torn apart at the top and also dirty. They literally don't have clean beds and towels, even if you ask them. The Bathroom walls were filthy and the view is not that great considering you can only open a tiny window to look out. Not worth it consindering the location. I tried to cancel my second night but noone on booking.com or the hotel answered the request. THe Hotel denied everything and all booking.com could give me was a courtesy voucher.

Room location was excellent, the city views were very captivating especially at night

Wifi bugged out intermittently

I like the location, it’s near the the train station, also the room is clean..

I was disgusted with my room accommodation.. I book at booking. com and paid for “Skyline Executive Suite “ but upon arrival at the hotel reception desk the room that was given to us is “deluxe room” I ask the hotel manager about this and he told me that they will informed booking.com and will be refunded.

Parking

The view from the balcony in the evening and at sunrise was great. Good view of the Petronas Towers.

The pictures of the room are not as advertised. The room was not clean. The facilities are run down and does not seem have any maintenance plan. One of the bathrooms had a sewerage odour while the second bathroom had a dripping water supply pipe. The pool water was greenish and had a lot of floaters in it.

Towels, pillows, bedsheets, and mattresses had black stains

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing- the worst experience. The property lacked proper maintenance: damaged doors, worn-out furniture, and neglected flooring. Communication was nearly impossible as the receptionist’s phone didn’t work throughout our stay, and even after two technician visits, no backup solution was provided. Both the bedrooms and hall had non-functional amenities, making things even more uncomfortable.To make matters worse, my wife was once stuck in the washroom due to a faulty door, which was extremely distressing and could’ve been avoided with proper upkeep. The only saving grace was the location—it was absolutely stunning and serene. Further all out plans got delayed because this issues.

Only the like part is the location, the rest everything not worth.

1. Location is not good, you cannot reach things on foot and you would require grab/taxi for most of the things.2. though the flats are big and spacious but rooms are not big enough.3. furniture is worn out and old. shows signs of decay.4. no pan in the kitchen.

It is not a hotel but service apartment like and the property is not clean , even the doors and washroom doors were broken with nonproper toiletries and house keeping

The building is old skool, entrance door using keydoor not the access card, dusty flloor, hot water malfunction (need to wait for 10mnts but still no), bedsheet & comforters no t clean (see pic as a result), breakfast oso same o same o...

Strategic location, affordable. Hv swimming pool and kids playground

The room and building itself quite old, space wise ok ok, musty smell inside room and everywhere, customer service and room cleaning need to be improve.

Staff were addressing all my requests, and very friendly. The apartment was big lot of space, two toilets, medium size fridge, and a good view. No balcony. The infinity pool of the building was also a big plus with a small sauna, there were little businesses in the premises that make life easier considering that is not in a residential area, to get to the main touristic attractions subway was required.

The room toilet, furniture and curtains were old and dirty, this dirt that doesn't go out by cleaning. Was a bit reluctant to use the toilet at the beginning, so I notified the staff someone came to clean it but it looked the same so I eventually just use it.

The property infinity pool was good

The lift facility is sucks it doesn’t show which floor is coming from we have wait wait until it arrives Despite requesting for higher floor while booking we were giving lower floor which is not good for what we paid The AC water was leaking and there were no cooking vessel to cook

Location was the only nice factor. Staff were understanding.

Facilities were non-functional. Sewer smell frequently present in bathrooms as well as hotel rooms and other regions. Shower drains clogged up water and wouldn’t drain for 5 minutes. Having to wait 3-4 minutes on occasions for the lift to arrive - despite there being 4 lifts.

The landscape on the entrance was amazing and especially the staff and their behaviour was polite and were helpful
