The suite had everything in an apartment.

My room was backed up next to another building. So no view and I had to keep my curtain closed because people were working and could see directly into my room.

the serviced suites were amazing, with all aminities that you can think of. WAshing machine, dryer, kitchen utensils and even all aminities in the toilets as well. very much appreciated the hotel service.

the pool, it was just ok, and also they dont provide life jackets for kids. I have been to many 5star hotels , they provide everything on the pool for use and leave. also the room cleaning was average. mostly they just make beds, but we didnt made a huge mess veeryday so we were ok

. I wanted to just provide a summary of what happened that night. Our flight to bali was cancelled and we booked a last minute stay with the pan pacific. Upon arrival we were keeping in good spirits and checked in. When i asked the staff member if we had a good view he said “good enough for you” , our view being right up against another building. After brushing this off we entered our room which had an extreme foul odor. We called the front desk to have them come check it out to which they sprayed some fragrance and left. No follow up was made nor an offer to change rooms. At 230 in the morning i spoke with the manager at the front desk and had her come up to the room to experience the foul odour. At this point there was no solution as it should have been dealt with when we initially reported it. I dont think i was treated like an equal guest and i paid a lot of money for a hotel that is supposed to be held at a high standard.

Front desk help was professional and friendly specifically Alim proved to be indispensable

Super location. Walking to monorail, train station, food court, malls, night market.We had some hiccups on the third day. But they make up for it.

Pillow too flat.

Low key (minimal service, no fluff) with great rooms.

Great suit, plenty of pace. Wonderful breakfast.

Staff not that friendly. Made me wait an extra 35 minutes for checkin . I was with toddler so nit nice coming from such a 4 star hotel. Also some staff were rude & sketchy

The location is excellent, just a short walk to major shopping malls such as Pavilion, Sungei Wang, and Berjaya Times Square. Even TRX Mall and KLCC are only a short drive away, although heavy traffic can stretch the drive to about 30 minutes. Parking is reasonably priced, but it can be inconvenient to have to validate the ticket each time before driving out.

The pillows could be improved. The ones provided in our room were too soft, and my family and I all experienced sore necks after a night’s sleep.

The location was great and the cleanness of the room.

There was a noise coming from refurbishment works inside the building which was not declared during the reservation

The counter Foran is very nice and helped us a lot to arrange baby cot for us

Everything was clean, super new and they threw everything including the kitchen sink from microwaves to stoves to washing machine to dryers they included anything and everything that is possible to stay in a service apartment or hotel the upstairs Lounge is also really nice. You could be a snooker. You can just chill out and have some coffee with a great view. The Simple is also quite nice.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite. The rooms are absolutely tiny. It’s not suitable to stay there for more than a couple of days instead of making the living area big they should’ve made it smaller and made the two bedroom larger. Also the plug points are almost useless. They have tons of them yet they could not accommodate our chargers despite all other hotels doing so. then asked for a Multi plug they gave on which immediately broke so despite having maybe a dozen charging ports we struggle to charge our devices because it is so hard to connect to them also at the same time the whole place feels slightly down and dreary. a dash of colour would add sophistication. Would also place a little more luxurious. everything the same drab beige colour . Even the lobby and the walking halls drab. Weren’t also too excited by their staff and the service was so so at best

Quiet hotel .

The staff at reception are not trained well to handle situations quickly or speak to customers. We thought we lost our passport at checkout and when we claimed to see the footage it took them 2 hours to show us !!! Being nervous for losing the passport my husband raised his voice a bit claiming to see the footage without offending anyone or insulting. And the only response we got keep waiting and “don’t raise your voice”. Unfortunately the management failed to train staff to provide footage quickly or to speak with customers. Honestly Very disappointing .

The location is prime. We could just go down to the nearby malls for food and shopping. However, my only complaint is the lack of view from our room, just facing another nearby building.

We chose the hotel because of its location. However, Ummi at the reception gave us a very wonderful customer experience. That truly made our stay so smooth and seamless. The 2-bedroom apartment we booked was soooooo comfortable and made us feel at home. The bed was so nice to sleep on.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing as the spread was so limited.

CleanLocation is very niceEquipped with high quality kitchen & clothes washer machine.

First, Breakfast has no variety ( only western & Malaysians ).Second, The hotel has poor isolation between rooms , first night we couldn’t sleep because of the occupant voices in the room beside us until the manager came into our room, checked the noise and after that changed our room. ( they took awhile to solve the issue ).Third, the toilets have No hose but have water ( Japanese style).Fourth,They asked me for 300 RYM once reach there as a deposit & they returned it back to me when we make the check-out, if I know about it I will not come.
