Amazing modern, comfortable, design for a hotel with very cool Chinese Malaysian accents. Great swimming pool with interesting view and nice gym. Excellent interesting a la carte breakfast choices.

Wifi password should be written down somewhere, not merely stated to guests orally when they check-in so that they forget by the time they arrive to their room.

The breakfast was incredible! It was a 3 course breakfast with fruit and entree. The service was attentive and the ambiance lovely.

Beautiful and spacious room, good bed, good shower. Excellent location in the middle of KL's Chinatown. The Hotel is situated in a beautifully restored Art Deco building of the 1930's with a nice rooftop with swimming pool and reading library.

I found the breakfast not really up to the standard I had expected. The coffee was a bit bland and food not particularly tasty. The restaurant space is very beautiful though.

The Window can be not towards the neighbor building wall will be better. However, the rest facility are good and houseware are very high quality and comfortable.

Beautiful design from ground level to rooftop level. Quick check in and check out. Comfortable bed and good linen. Beautiful library though small and lacking a working table. Clean praying area. Friendly staff upon check in and check out. Good food during sahur I would definitely come back for their foods. Didn't try the ground floor restaurant and the rooftop restaurant closed for Reno.

Comfortable bed however the room is without any armchair to sit on except one stool. Shower pressure is not great at all. I'm on room 213 I think and I can hear loud AC from the opposite building.my room view is blocked by that building so best to check with them upon check in. The room feels dark and grey throughout the day.honestly it's depressing Lacking daybed and pool bed around the pool. The hotel feels empty and dead most of the time perhaps it's low season? Though the hotel is nicely design but overall feels empty without any "life".Small gym and feels like an afterthought? And the staff at the gym look at people like I'm intruding on his space? Weird vibe.

Beautifully designed property with a spa-like atmosphere. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. The breakfast is great too! Good location near the LRT, cafes and key attractions.

The staff did their best to reset our air conditioning but our room was still a little too warm.

Room was never cleaned properly in my 8 days stay. Spots on the mirrors, sink with spots, shower floor. There are termites in the bathroom and as well in the room. When I was seating on the sofa last 2 days they were on my body crawling I said this.on the check out, got back I am sorry to hear that, will say to the management. Nothing more to make.me feel better, probably reception is surprised as well. In the restaurant, food is ok interesting concept but main courses I am missing freshness when I eat. Everything is cooked very long and at the end is dry (maybe not cooked on the day). Second observation waiter is having a pen and writing on the hand my order of 2 items it can't remember 2 items. This is luxury hotel it should have been trained enough. Street restaurant are not writing on the hand. Location is awesome

Very stylish, comfortable room, great location in China Town. Lovely breakfast and lovely staff.

Unfortunately there was a sewer smell in my bathroom for 2 of the 3 nights, I complained…. Was told it would be cleaned thoroughly, which i’m sure it was, but it was a deeper rooted problem. Was not offered another room or compensation. I was late back one night and could have done with room service… which there is none. Did not want to venture out alone post 11pm.

Very nicely designed boutique hotel. The breakfast is very good. The room design is great and the rooms are also large. Very nice infinity pool on the roof and a good gym. It's centrally located near Chinatown.

The location is in central downtown so there is a lot of noise outside the hotel at night. We were on the first floor but I doubt there are any quiet rooms. The bathroom has wooden panels which let air into the bedroom so not great for using the toilet.

Noisy. There was an event at pool but in general windows are not soundproof.Breakfast is not International you have to ask for it. Restaurant at fourth floor is not worth it

Good concierge, reception and dining facility stuff. Breakfast was diverse during our stay. There were about 5 starters and 6 main courses to choose from menu and several pieces of pineapple, watermelon and jackfruit 6 pieces in the sum.

Widow of the room had view on next building, the distance was only 2-3 meters, and the building looks like abandoned. Except this nearby on the wall of hotel building were mounted about dosen outer blocks of air conditions, which had been working all night while we slept. The issue with window frame - it could not be tightly closed, so there was quite intense noise even at night.The idea of transparent bathroom is appear to be questionable.There were a small ants in wardrobe below TV, in the fridge and in the bathroom sink. We asked to get rid of them, but at the evening ants were again at their previous favourite spots. And stayed there till we left the room.Its impossible to get somewhere except china town and central market on feet from the hotel. Three are few options of restaurant around. You need to get Grab each time when you want to go somewhere. Because walking is not very comfortable in surroundings.The room was inconvenient. Not enough room for clothes.The freezer wasn't working when a key card wasn't inserted at the entry of the room, so when we come out it stop freezing.

I like the spacious room, it's bigger than I expected. The room is definitely clean. The receptionist staff hv a very good patient n understanding about my card problem.

The only things is, if the room come with a bathtub. That will be a prefect. And my last two days when I was staying, the house keeping didn't do the replacement of the bath towels n clearing the rubbish at the balcony.

The location is in the middle of bustling Chinatown. Very helpful staff. Comfortable bed and shower. Spacious room. The hotel also allows the guests to keep very comfortable slippers.

Breakfast was underwhelming to say the least.

Food, exceptional hospitality, design, thoughtful facilities!

No designated parking, must park at a private carpark 2 mins walk from the hotel with exorbitant rate (RM63 - parked at 7pm on a Friday and went out at 9am the next day, u do the math). If you are driving, take this into account.
