1 Orange Hotel Kuchai Lama KUALA LUMPUR

the property is nice suitable for hotel budget.worth the money staying here for two days.many shops around here,dobi/kedai makan/watson and etc.overall its was good,no flaws that Ive seen <3

Poor

There was a cockroach in the room. Table has no mirror. Too noisy at that floor.

good location with more shop surrounding. possible to find a parking near hotel

Need to improve cleanliness

Overall is good & staff were helpful and friendly. Location is strategic.

Would be nice if they equip with sofa & simple wardrobe.

Location was good with many restaurant, cafes and groceries around

The room facilities and cleanliness can be better.

Location good for my business travel

Tower yellowish, walk way advise to carpet.

Hotel is very conveniently located, with everything (F&B outlets, pharmacies, banks) all just within walking distance. Staffs were friendly & helpful.

room and toilet very spacious. aircon very cooling

the noise other room are making

By comparison to other hotel this hotel room n toilet are big, huge n comfortable

Bed sheet dirty cause bed mites, shower water slow sudden hot then cold, no shoe or soap provided although room are huge the rest is rubbish

Bad

there's interruption of water supply during my stay. since we check in no water till tomorrow morning.i have to go down to mpass urine and take bath till next morning. we use mineral water to pass urine.and the management just said that they are doing maintanance....are u crazy? whole nite maintanance?

Great location to variety of restaurants.

Lack of parking space before off work. The shower area is slightly sunken to prevent water from flowing to the other area of the bathroom during shower but the edge of the tile on higher level can be quite sharp and it could cause injuries if you have some careless guests.

Toy much fsciy around the hotel..to restaurant, atm n gadget shop

Using lift facility after 12 midnight.... staff never informed that after that time only bomba lift can used n until 4 floor...if other floor have to ask staff to release lock for other floor...

The facilities, the toilet space is quite big and cozy

The bed is shaky, is like going to fall off any moment. The room looks kinda empty, probably put in a wardrobe would be better

There is a small cabin for the eatery. The ATM below here is feasible

All good. I could have used to the facilities more such as the tv.

Strategy location, nearby with many restaurants and shopping complex

Friendly staffs and great location. Easy to find parking and close to many eateries.

The location is good, nearby got a lot of food selection. Thr room is very clean and spacious, is over my expectation.

Near to many restaurant, location strategy

Location good

Lot of food and beverages nearby

lack of aircond services
