Nice clean hotel in a great location. Good value for money. Amazing city views. The street noise outside was not an issue.

The wall to the next room (which had a shared door) was paper thin.

Rooms are modern, clean, and well appointed. Bed, pillows, and linen were exceptionally comfortable. Room is able to maintain your desired temperature. Good cable options on TV and internet is good.

Aircond not cold enought, i sweat a lot in the room. My hotel room was next to the prayer room, and I kept hearing people slam the door. I’m a bit disturbed by the sound of the door closing near my room.

My wife and I spent 8 nights at this hotel, and unfortunately, our experience did not meet the standards we have come to expect from the Marriott brand. One of the most significant issues was the persistent noise from street racers outside the hotel, which occurred nightly between 1:00 AM and 5:00 AM. This severely disrupted my sleep, and on most nights, I was only able to rest after 5:00 AM.We requested to be moved due to the noise, and the assistant manager, Ande, was helpful in relocating us to a higher floor. While we appreciated the gesture and his professionalism, however, the noise persisted. Ande also informed us that the hotel has reported the issue to local authorities multiple times, but unfortunately, there appears to have been no resolution.Over the course of our stay, we were moved to three different rooms. The initial room change was due to the street noise, while the second room had a broken air conditioning unit, requiring us to endure an uncomfortable night before being relocated once again. The need to move multiple times during a relatively short stay was inconvenient.I had higher expectations for a Marriott property, and based on this experience, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

The motorcycle racing right in front of the hotel. It can go for hours past midnight. Definitely not for light sleepers.location is terrible

The room is clean. Smell good. All basic necessities are available.

Staff at the counter - can be faster in preparing the check in process. Especially when I arrived late and feeling hungry.

Up to Marriott’s standard of cleanliness and very comfortable rooms. Very close to the train station and lots of food options around; gotta try Khanjees if you’re staying there!

Surrounding area is not so developed and lobby is relatively small.

Good location, Clean and comfortable

I don’t like when they give me rooms that is facing an abandoned building which I will definitely reject because I prefer rooms facing the city. It was my second time there and I had informed the staff if they could just put it in my preference that I preferred the city view so that in future when I visit they would not assign me the room facing the abandoned building. However when I visited for the second time they still assign me the rooms facing the abandoned building. I guess the staff did not take note or write a note of preference for a profile.

I love how the staff take good care of our car. I love the facilities in the room and yes the food served at the restaurant are superb too.

Early morning at 1am to 5 am in the morning, we can hear the roads roaming with streams of motorbikes continuing throughout the night till 5am we disturbing our sleep. If the noise is not there, it would be a perfect hotel stay for us.

Kind and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Comfy bed and pillows. Nice view.

Not a big room.

The hotel is fairly clean and modern looking. It is also about a 10 minute drive from most of the main malls in KL. Security is also pretty good

Thé staff is super nice and helpful, cleaning is available almost 24hours,They don’t bother you at all and whenever you need them they are there
