Good location

Old facilities, very small room, very scarce hygiene products

- Staff were kind.

- Wifi was terrible in the room. Couldn't even load a simple google tab. - Ants in the room- Couldn't even use the pool table. It was for decoration. - Breakfast was not good- The power/plugs in the room only worked when you were in the room. So, the fridge and charging ports aren't useful.

Location is central and the cleanliness in terms of bedding linen.

Bathrooms are not clean enough Wi-Fi not working most of the timeFlexibility isn’t there with some staff

I chose for breakfast and let me tell you they should stop breakfast offer. I been there and found no proper food to eat with cold coffee and tarik with usually empty food bowls. The bed sheets had stains - i dont know how they clean their laundry

Near to chinatown and many attractions.

The sound insulation between the room and the corridors could be slightly improved—but that’s just a suggestion, not a complaint!

This hotel offered excellent value, very affordable yet spotlessly clean rooms and impressively attentive service. Its convenient location provides easy access to major town attractions via metro, LRT, and buses, making it a smart choice for travelers.

My wife and I stayed here for a few days and had a great experience. The hotel was very clean, completely smoke-free, and quiet, thanks to minimal road noise, we slept peacefully every night. Truly worth every penny!

Cheap and good location.

Not the most comfortable. Room was tiny and wifi didn’t work. Had to stay in lobby to use the wifi. Bed not that comfy.

There were flies inside the room when we arrived and throughout our stay despite not having food waste. A cotton bud was stuck in the wall. The hallways didn’t smell nice.

Staffs were really good and helpful.

Not clean and bad WiFi. Breakfast was just 2-3 items. Room in pictures seemed a lot bigger than it was in reality.

That few minutes lateness were fined with no much consideration.

The property is decent and clean but the have a problem in the wifi and the hot water in some rooms , staff are helpful especially zahra at the reception

The hotel has a great ambience. The staff is cooperative, and the rooms are very safe.

I stayed there for 6 nights and the WiFi didn't even work for one day. The hotel is right next to a temple and so it's not for someone who doesn't want to wake up early, especially at 7am in the morning. The bathroom was not clean when I arrived in the room. The beds were not comfortable, and there was too much noise in the lobby.

Location. Basic facilities are present.

The hotel is a bit dated. Restaurant is open for a few hours. Car park is mainly street parking.

They are only 1/2 iteam breakfast provided which are only 1/2 man , when we attend resturent there have no food and after we go they have arrange breakfast one or two people whereas we attend 6 people for breakfast

Good location , ,unfortunately had RM 8000+ stolen from my locked suitcase , in my locked room ,obviously from a Staff member ,UNFORTUNATELY

room too small for two people and has no furniture but beds and one night stand. lot of mosquitoes in the room

We lived here for a week. If you are an undemanding traveler, like us, you may meet with a sense of humor the contrast of a spacious hall with a microscopic prison cell "delux" room, which is smoked despite the threatening warnings everywhere, the heavy curtain which is not supposed to be opened, and the very unreliable internet access despite a decent wi-fi signal.But! This place has an unexpected combination of flaws that can make you go crazy: every night, the sewer starts to STINK. The only thing to help is to open the window. But if you open it, the MOSQUITOES will come in, and things turn worse. The mosquitoes are of a strange kind, fat, and they bite heavily. Additionally, at 4-5 am, the nearby Hindu temple starts a continuous ritual music.At the end of the week, we start to realize that smoking in this room, even if you are a non-smoker, is probably the reasonable way for people to cope with a non-sleeping madness.Two stars (instead of one) are for the courageous staff who, at least, are not hostile, despite the general sense of trouble in this sore place.
