The room was sufficient and comfortable for a night or 2 work stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Lucky for me, my room was ready early so I could check in immediately and took a nap before work. It's definitely a workplace hotel more than a vacation hotel.

It was convenient to my workplace, hence the location, but traffic can be mad as it is just after an entrance way to the school. Parking was a nightmare as well with the stairs, but they do offer a buggy service to your car if you need it.

Food is tip top

i thought my package came together with dinner, but it turns out wasnt. my bad didnt screenshot it during payment, otherwise ill have proof.

Comfortable bed and single bed size almost like a queen bed size. Breakfast is good.

The parking lot a bit scary for a big car ?

The room is clean, smell nice all the times.Staff also ok

Overall is okay.But my request was not fulfill by the hotel.Im request for deco for anniversary. ( towel design swans)And a slice of cake. But dont have at all.Also got the dirty of towel ?

Comfortable bed and very good choice of breakfast. Fast check out and refund of deposit.

The lift got malfunctioned many times during our stay, and shower area could be cleaned better.

We had a university reunion at the poolside bistro and stayed for 2 nights. Everything was awesome from the bellman who were helpful with bringing up items to the venue efficiently. The hi tea function at the bistro was amazing. The spread was amazing and delicious. All good feedback only. Syahmi was so so helpful and En Burhan managed his staff well. Miss Nonie who was sales rep was super efficient and easy to deal with from the beginning. The rooms were spacious and clean and bed so comfortable. Overall , our reunion was amazing , the bistro was amazing and the accommodation was amazing. The breakfast buffet was lovely too.

The lobby entrance needs more space

Facilities were good.

There was a bathtub in the room, I selected for. But we were not assigned that room. That was disappointing.

1- Location 2- Staff name Raja who help me to change my room3- Breakfast was fine 4- I missed my breakfast because I slept but they provided in my room as exception

1- Night shift staff who made my checkin2- Noisy3- Shower towel smells bad4- Elevator hot and smells bad

1) check in/out is smooth. But the one at counter should smile more/be more friendly instead frowning

1) i realised they dont replace amenities anymore. For example i already used the same slippers for 4 days and they didnt bother to provide new ones.2) they dont give extras amenities. I booked the room for two guests meaning two shower caps but they only provide one

very poor housekeeping service and dirty rooms.

location was super strategic. had a staycation there for a running event with flag off at dataran merdeka. easy access to food places and malls like sogo. breakfast selection was awesome. room was spacious and pretty.

the unavailability of drop off/pick up area and no lift from parking to reception was a hassle for a family trip with lots of luggages. Check in que time can be further improved with more staff to assist at the reception during peak hours (check in/out time) because it took so long to check in when i came and it was not even peak hour.

the rooms were very dirty and I think that the housekeeping team need to be trained from 0…Breakfast was plenty and tasty but unfortunately the staff wasn’t trained properly to attend the guests.It seems that there is no real manager looking after all the nice people that are willing to work but not trained

The hotel interior is very nice, love the whole concept overall. The karaoke room setup was superb as well! This hotel location is also very strategic ti explore KL city, it is near to klcc and the public transports.

The breakfast buffet was mid. There’s also a couple stains on my bedsheet when i first checked in but the room service was very nice to change the whole bed for me.

Good friendly staff. The boss gave us an extra favour for late check out.

Room was clean, tidy and cnfortable, brkfast was superb.. Will come again, location was great

Reception to slow.. We have to wait until 5 o'clock to get our room.
