New Eastern Hotel

The hotel is located near to Chow Kit area. There are KFC, Speedmart and restaurants nearby.

I like Mdm Lim Kun Cui. She is friendly. The hotel is much cleaner compare to last time. Maintenance works is getting better. Lift area, lobby and rooms already clean up and made good to decent condition.

There collect my money cash and card double payment i as hotel to return hes said booking.com have to return the money

Convenient location in Chow Kit, welcoming staff and a comfortable bed.

No soundproofing so I had to listen to some inconsiderate British cow making a long and loud teleconference call at 1am.

I stayed in this property Aug 17 to 18.I liked everything. The staffs of hotel is so kind and helpful.It is like the home to home staying experience. Staff was kind and respectful. Hotel staff gave me good recommendation so I traveled to Batu Cave. The hotel staff also serious about my security concern so recommended me accoedingly.The check out time also flexible.In conclusion, this is budget property but this property is very good stay. Staffs are kind, helpful and also can get suggestation for travelling around kuala lumpur area.During my stay I felt Home rather than commercial hotel. So, I really want to sray when I come back to Malaysia.YUB RAJ GURUNG

They didnot service the aircond.i had to move to other room 3 times just bcause the aircond didnt work or functioned at all.they r dusty n certain plastic component went missing.besides,shampoo bottle they added water

The exaust fan in toilet didnt working and the aircond was not cool besides it makes noise when it is turned on.dont think they service the aircond n ever check the exaust fan in toilet

I like the servies given from the ladies at receptionist desk. When I arrived at OYO place, the floor was not clean and have many dusty. I feel not comfortable to walk around that room. Hence, I request them to clean. The ladies at the receptions take the responsibility and do it immediately although she wasn't a housekeeping person. Tq

I request a room that provide highspeed wifi connections. Unfortunately, the room that i got have slow wifi connections. Which is affected my meeting on that day. I am very frustrated. Also, I noticed that in that room, they only provide yellow lamp..while i also need the white lamp for best backlight during having online meeting.

Wifi wasn't strong. Disappointing. Cause they advertise they have wifi. Also inside the room coverage wasnt strong to use your own data.

First, this is a 1/2 star hotel. But, the hygiene was very poor. You can smell cigarettes smoke in your room and it stick on your cloths. No safe parking lot for bike. Other than that, 1/10
