Super friendly staff and great location walkability. Next to a bunch of good restaurants. Budget-friendly choice.

My room didn't get hot water.

Lots of restaurants, convenience stores, and massages in the area without being in the heart of KLCC. The staff was always cheerful and helpful.

My room had no windows.

Location was great with cool bars and restaurants about a block away. 15 minute walk to Skytrain that connects to other subway/train lines to other parts of city.

The Location

We had problems with another hotel so booked into The Mesui Hotel at the last minute. The staff that greeted us had our booking ready and were so friendly and helpful and made us feel at home even though it was late at night. This is a small hotel in a great location. There may be a few areas of the main hotel that look a little worn, but the rooms themselves are lovely, comfortable and cosy with great bathrooms. We had such a great experience that we booked again at the end of our holiday! The people remembered us and also allowed us to leave our luggage there after check out as we had time to spare before out flight home. I would happily stay there again.

Location is the best part of this property.

It is reasonable that what we get for we paid but this is the industry based on hospitality which is an aspect of intangible noun implying that a guest should not need to ask for something. Toiletries like razor blades should be included and better shower gels should be placed.

It's a great location and easy to walk to the MRT station.

Little wear and tear around the toilet and sink, but otherwise it is good.

The hotel was just nice. The room felt so comfortable even though it was not very spacious, still great value for money. For people who love Japanese restaurants, this hotel will be a good place to stay the night. There are lots of Japanese restaurants around.

Well, there are noises of people talking and walking just outside the room to be heard even when I am already inside and the door is closed.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area near Bukit Bintang, with easy access to restaurants and shopping malls. The washroom was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated.

The room size was quite small, and the cleaning service was disappointing- nobody came to clean or refresh the room on a daily basis during my stay. This made the overall experience less comfortable.

I love how the hotel handled my request when I have some changes. They provided me an excellent solution to resolve the issue. They are beyond great and guest friendly. Thank you so much for giving me a home away from home. You are highly recommended to my friends and family visiting Kuala Lumpur.Also, this property is near to Jalan Alor Street food market it’s just a minute away. Bukit Bintang Station is just a nearby too and witness the Shibuya KL version.

Friendly staff n helpful. Location is near to Jalan Alor. The Jeju coffee is available at the hotel n we can buy at anytime that is convenent. Also the barista is very friendly n able to recommend the coffee

The room is small. The lightings r dim with yellow light. There is ONLY one mirror in the bathroom when the other cant use outside the bathroom

Great location still quiet. Nice bed, fantastic jungle shower.

Actually During Booking i've mention we have kids 6 yrs but accommodation what provide in bed we barely adjusted .
